maybe not quite what you’re looking for george but I do highly recommend the swedish-norwegian documentary “the gullspång miracle”. it’s one of those movies you absolutely have to talk to someone about after you finish it. I also recommend the norwegian documentary “a new kind of wilderness” which will make you cry

After watching GII, I almost wish it had been a mini tv series.. like you guys said, it has lots of good elements to it, some of which goes unexplained or under explored, and it would be nice to have a more fleshed out story. There was just so much that could have been a lot better, it's a shame to see it not fully realized.

Loved the motion smoothing discussion. I hate it. It makes movies look kinda fake. Also a movie that covers all the holidays is Holidate where two ppl fake date for a whole year of holidays. It's 46% on RT but I quite liked it.

Just left the cinema after seeing Gladiator II and came straight here to check out your review! Like George said, they had 24 years and THIS was what they delivered! Utterly forgettable.. in fact I want to forget it so it doesn’t ruin the original for me!! What a disappointment.. 😞
