The Pips are Gladys' family. One Pip was her brother and the other two were her cousins (one from her mother's side and one from her father's side).

@@Dabridge4009 I'm not sure about that part and I wouldn't doubt it either. In my opinion he's responsible for R. Kelly and Aaliyah hooking up. The music industry is something else. Also he received a huge payout for Aaliyah's death. I don't want no blood money because it's like replacing a love one with something man has made.

Gladys with Every Beat of My Heart. One was a brother, another was a cousin and I am not sure of the third gentleman. Her brother was always to her right. The Pips always had that flawless choreography.
