@@CelebrityClassifed His life doesnt seem too bad. He travelled the world, he had a bunch of brothers and sisters, mother and father, he lived in a mansion and got everything he wanted. Sure it sounds like his father was a little rough but that was normal in those days. Little MJ had dozens of cousins and siblings to play with.

@@tubester4567 He was the loneliest person on the planet, he was surrounded by people who were only after his money, it must have been terrible to be Michael Jackson, and we always saw him smiling, kind and caring. The fan in me is ashamed when I think of all this even though I never yelled in his face or banged on his car windows, not to mention the paparazzi and tabloids, no one deserves this.

@myrnajucar3498 I can relate to what Ms. Gladys conveyed. I come from a huge family and when my relatives would visit from MA, SC, and other states or when I would visit them we would all pile up in the bed and there was no malice or anything bad going on. We were happy to share with one another. I never believed the lies about Michael and it was proven in court, but once people hear anything negative about one another most people will believe the bad before the good. Even with proof. I do not worship or idolize human beings. I respect his art and his ideals of helping others. There will never be another like him.

Because you can get attention, you can make money off that. All the molestation accusations took place only because parents of these boys were greedy and heartless and wanted to rip Michael off.

@@user-xx2db1gf4ypeople say "why would an innocent person settle if they weren't guilty", however "why would the alleged sexually abused not fight for justice aswell and being compensated"? It seriously doesn't make any sense yeah the abused are allowed to be paid for the trauma and everything else goes with it but why not try and get your abuser put behind bars? All the accusers never went to the authorities they either went to a lawyer or sold their stories to the press for money and attention. Money is all a cop-out for being molested so I don't believe it. If it doesn't make sense then it isn't true- Judge Judy Sheindlan

What does not make sense here is sharing your bed with chidren, (all boys I might add). It is not normal. The biggest red flag was when he said that doing so was a sign of love. Abusers brainwash kids into thinking abuse is normal and a sign of love. This was a complex situation of starstruck adults and naive and innocent children. Also, abusers can selectively abuse kids. Macauley may not have been abused, butthat doesnt mean the others were not. I believe the testimonies of Wade and James. Jimmy Saville and Rolf Harris's victims also did not dare to speak out at the time. This was a complex situation.

Elegance, Wisdom, Gentility with Sincerity, Gladys has all that wrapped into one. As One with those qualities, she could recognize the same in Michael. Her understanding allowed her to be genuine to him and allow his innocence to sprout and grow in that moment of meeting them. It is evident that he appreciated the nurturing she was sharing and he took their friendship to heart. Thank you, Gladys. It is evident that you had touched their future, greatly. You are quite a Lady!

MJ is innocent and he is of pure character. He didnt have any dirty thoughts nor intentions with those kids. It was those corrupted and evil people who made up those stories to hurt him and make use of him to gain money. Karma will get to those who did that to him.

Thank you for sharing this with us Ms Knight. Just a couple days ago I was asked by my daughters if I thought Michael had inappropriately touched ANY child and I said NO. I could see how someone would take the innocence of the moments and twisted his actions into something that was not (imo it takes a certain mindset to do so) but my honest opinion is that he did not use adult logic when dealing with/entertaining other people's children. I've always believed that his actions were of a childlike spirit. Never believed it was from a depraved mind.!

you are actually right - your knowledge is impressive - MS Knight was the one who first discovered him, but Gordy (Motown) wanted his golden artist - Diana Ross - to usher Michael into the spotlight and take him under her wing. Thanks for watching - part 2 of this interview is coming - so please don't forget to subscribe.

No. Johnny Taylor discovered The Jacksons and brought them to Motown. Diana had the biggest crossover name and appeal ( she still dies), and that's why Diana was chosen to introduce The Jacksons

@vic1101ful no, you need to do some musical history. It was Bobby Taylor.

@@thankthelord4536 OK. Thanks! I just know that Gladys needs to get on with her life and keep the name " Diana Ross " out of her mouth. It's so pathetic.

Mike took what James Brown had & took it to the next level. " standing on the shoulders of giants ". The slickest, most explosive, stylish, elegant, balletic, popular music stage mover/ entertainer, I've ever seen.

So Well said, and Beautifully articulated where a child could understand. And though, I never met him in person before but, I feel that he was the sweetest, most kindest person that one would ever want to meet. You described the most humble and contrite spirited "Michael Jackson" personality so very well. 🌹😢 He will always be missed.

Well said! I don't think anyone would truly understand the pressure or the temptation within that type of industry unless they've actually experienced it themselves. I think Michael wanted to be the very best in the music industry simply because what other field did he have the opportunity to embrace? His whole youth was spent in singing and performing. Then he got interested in film. Entertainment was his career. It caused him not to be able to live the normal life he also wanted. He had no childhood. When people looked at him, all they saw was dollar bills. A lot of celebrities through the years faced the same challenges, but not to the degree he did. He may have made some poor decisions, but I think he really did have good intentions on the most part and no one can deny his incredible talent

Thanks for sharing this thoughtful and insightful interview! I felt privileged to have met Michael once alone: just fortunate that the circumstance which allowed for such an unlikely meeting presented itself. Everything that you shared about Michael is how I remember and will always remember him: humble, curious, kind and sweet. Michael shared his love of books and because I told him that I was a college art/art ed/theology major, he was curious about that. This was in October 1979 in Pittsburgh, PA I showed him a watercolor portait that I'd done of him and he signed it for me. Books and art led the conversation. On my way out, I went to open the side door and a person behind me held it for me. I turned around to thank them and it was Michael! He was about to board The Jacksons' bus. He got on and pressed his face and hand to the darkened window and I waved back. It was an encounter that I'll never forget!

I have very few icons that I can say I hold dear and close to heart and truly respect. One were my grandparents who loved and gave their all for a lifetime to the family and the other have been the icons such as Mrs Knight and a few of her peers who are no longer here. What I admire most about her has always been her ability to connect with people and be totally herself. Warm, inspiring, positive, loving, and graced with grace to spare! To hear her take on Michael is the most behind the curtain insight that puts a clear perspective of someone that knew MJ from a youth to an adult while always being his superior but never getting caught up with the position that fame puts celebrities in. The stories she can tell I'm sure could fill a novel, but as well the good that she can share definitely counters the dark manipulated stories that have been spun by those with alternative motivatins. Thank you for being you for my lifetime. Thank you for making me proud to be black! Thank you for being loyal to those that started and were loyal to you. Thank you for being you.

É de cortar o coração quando ela diz, que ele perguntava sobre família. Michael desde criança queria sentir-se amado e feliz ..cresceu e ficou adulto com o sonho de ser amado e encontrar uma mulher e ter uma família.
