One other suggestion on septic is a hillbilly one that I rigged up with a tote. I have two now and both working great. People love a flushing toilet…of course the county wouldn’t like it if they knew. Glamp on.

Note on water... I think you're forgetting three other sources. Maybe you left them out for brevity. Rain, springs and fresh water bodies (streams, rivers and lakes). With a good enough filtration system it's a breeze! With enough luck it's not only easy, it's a good enough source that it can even be preferred unfiltered. (I'd still give it some UV! Maybe twice!)
