I've been using mine - got it free for dong this video - as my "noodling" guitar. It actually holds its' tuning fairly well. You absolutely MUST replace the original strings. Again, for someone wanting to get going on guitar - and who lacks sufficient dough - this is a good option.

I tried one at a used shop by me. It's probably the best you'll find, new, at 75 bucks. I know people who'll spend 35 bucks on thomastik jazz guitar strings so to get a guitar that even works for the price of two packs of jazzer strings 😆 can't go wrong really.

I was skeptical at first. Strings that came with it were garbage - would not stay in tune. So I swapped them out and broke them in - played pretty decently. Again, you get what you pay for - nothing more, nothing less. It's playable and holds the tuning pretty well - even gave it the "Ike Turner" string bend test - passed okay.
