Remember seeing some of the charters in the 90s in England, as a kid.. and when on hol abroad, but carriers like Yugoslav and Dan air, a bit before my time... (even the Air Canada Tristar) .. Love this!

Britannia was owned by the Thomspon holiday group for many years. Eventually, they decided to drop the Britannia name and use the holiday company name as the name of the airline. Thompson was then bought by the German holiday company Tui - and they have recently badged all the aircraft ion their vast fleet (which also includes some other European airlines) as Tui.
