Right, I've known many Scottish lads in the forces and a lot of them were from Glasgow. I've been on the piss in Glasgow with them and I have to say, they are a great bunch of lads. Funny, tough and friendly. And this from an English man. I have to say i quite enjoyed this film.Having lived the first nineteen years of my life in Easterhouse (Skinheads) for all you in the know and having a six inch scar on the right side of my face & served 9 years for doing a lot worse to a rival gang member who happened to stray into our area i can tell you it's no fun living in an enviroment where crossing a bridge can and frequently does get you murdered.You know the worst part of all i now meet the same guys i tried to kill in the city centre & we have a beer together laughing about how stupid we were.Thank god i got my daughter out of there.

my dad is from scotland and when i was like 18 i went to spend 2 weeks with my cousins in glasgow and one night we were heading to the club in the centre and a group of maybe 10 young kids approached us with knifes asking for our money, glad the police was passing by and they ran away, i was scared because i know they will stab you with no problems

I was raised in a bulgarian gipsy neighbourhood, so it was the same situation, if not even worse. Many of you think the problem with all these people is education, but education is fine. I lived in London, which isn't like Glasgow, but some parts are horrible. You'd see blocks of council estates hidden between the beautiful houses and the main commercial strips. The kids there were all angry, confrontational, and were always truant and/or shoplifting. Today the council estates have been sold off. I don't know what happened to the poor that lived there.
