Why am I engrossed, watching you play on a flight simulator? What have I become? Haha. I'm 46 now and still love computer games, but one's like this and World Of Warships. One's with real mechanics in the game, that kids would find boring. I find playing on games like COD just gets me angry when insufferable little yanks keep popping caps in my ass before I've even got my bearings. The joys of getting old. Also, what I find weird is I love to learn now. I watch more documentaries than films. Whereas, when I was at school I wanted to do anything but learn. My reports were always the same "Dan is intelligent and could do well, but he'd rather be the class clown". I went back to University just after the second lockdown to do an applied sciences gateway course for a year. I loved it and was planning on going to do my BA Honours in Environmental Sciences, but sadly lost my mum and been looking after Dad who has late stage Parkinson's. So I'm kind of stuck at the moment. Anyhow, I'm proud of myself just for doing the entry course. I thought my memory would let me down, but computers have changed learning so much since I was at school, backing textbooks with wallpaper 🤣 (If you know you know). I bet that sounds like I was about when they invented the fucking wheel to all the younger audience. The one's who bothered to read my nonsensical comment, anyway. 🙄😁😁✌
@jpa_fasty39972 жыл бұрын
As a young'un I can honestly say it doesn't sound like you were about when they invented the wheel. More like when they discovered fire. Enjoyed reading that and good luck with your degree if you end up doing it. Sorry to hear about your parents.
