Merrill, you really should try magnet fishing this beach. Then you wouldn’t have to worry about the tide coming in and you could get stuff way beyond your reach. Of course, coins and jewelry would still have to be searched the usual way. Good luck and happy hunting!

The piece you found at 29:47 looks like a non working coupler for a lionel train. Can't post a Pic but Google it. Also, hope that coin is real. Itcould be a fake, but it looks like a very worn down $1 or $2.50 gold piece. We see them out here in the California gold fields. The hole filled into the top was to sew it into the inside of a miners coat for emergency money, or to cover his burial expenses. Great video.
