But will it break through glass if your car is underwater? What about if your car has laminated glass?

Great questions! 1) I frankly I don’t know for underwater vehicle. I would break the glass before the car gets filled with water. 2) laminated glass. All windshields are laminated. Impossible to break. But fir safety car makers use normal thick glass ‘breakable’ for all other windows.
