I remember when.... My brother took me out to an unknown bar , on the shores of Georgian Bay for a night out on the town with the boys . The bar was Full , alive and hopin,' . The band was an unknown group ,they called themselves Glass Tiger.... They played this song that night. What a memory....

This is another Album I had in the 80s and loved it so much growing up played it all the time and had all their Videos on tapes VHS and loved it! The Lead Singer Alan Frew is a actual Doctor he works with Children and the rest have other things that they do as well but the band did very Well with this Music! Love them very much!

It was Table Mountain I did all the flying for the Band and the aerial shots. These guys were the Best all down to Earth.
@sgtbilko481414 күн бұрын
@@robertowens4068 You can see it clearly from Panorama Ridge. I later looked it up and it is insanely hard to climb, almost impossible, due to the crumbling, rotten volcanic rock. You and the band would be among a very small group of people to stand on it.

I used to have this video recorded on a BetaMax video cassette tape back in 1987 when I was a pre-teen. I taped it off of watching CBC Video Hits with VJ host Samantha Taylor. This song always reminds me of my late elementary school years during Canadian winters everytime I watch this video.

Its sad to see that a music video that had so much work put into it, and is so well done, has so few views. Seriously, I mean they had to fly to the top of a mountain and pay for helicopters (which are dam expensive), and the video today only has 3656 veiws. Hopefully it got on TV a lot in the 80s.

That lead guitar is definitely plugged into a Scholz Rockman X100. Awesome little headphone amplifiers created by Tom Scholz of Boston. Many artists used those units on recordings during the mid '80s. Listen to Glenn Frey's solo in "The Heat Is On", for ex.

No, we don't. We are a very diverse country. You're judging 35ish million people by one band.... We have many different ethnics of people, some immigrants, some have been here for generations, but we're all Canadian, and we don't fit that stereotype.
@davidpoirier256410 жыл бұрын
ShadiouxHuntress It was meant as a joke. The television show South Park makes fun of Canadians and that was a line from the show
