Glazed Fruit Cake Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Butter 300 grams
Castor sugar 300 grams
Eggs 6
Flour 300 grams
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Baking powder 4 grams
Glazed Pumpkin 400 grams
Flour 1 cup
Baking temperature: 180c
Baking time: 25 minutes
Method:
Composition:
Mix butter and caster sugar well. Now add eggs one by one and beat well. Then toss the glazed pumpkin in a cup of flour and separate the excess flour. Now mix the rest of the ingredients with butter and bake in a baking tray for 25 minutes and cool and serve
Toast-Bread Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Flour 1 kg
Eggs 2
Butter 40 grams
Yeast 10 grams
Sugar 45 grams
Salt 20 grams
Baking temperature: 200 C
Baking time: 45 minutes
Composition:
Mix all the ingredients together knead well make a soft dough and keep aside. Now place the dough in a greased tray and leave it to rise. Then bake it for 45 minutes and let it cool. Now cut a slice and serve.
