The care and symmetry of the scoring and cloves is AMAZING.....reminds me of my Childhood in the 70's......and learning how to do it in the 80's at a Country Club. I got so good at it, me and the older Chef who taught me, got to work overnight scoring up over 300 hams. ( We cooked that many every year) You caught my eye ....well done Chef. We' ve gotten so lazy here in the States, we buy our Hams Spiral sliced. Yours is the Holiday Meal that we all Really want.😉 That Ham was almost too Pretty to Eat

Schuey, do you think it would be of any benefit injecting the glaze into the ham aswell? I'm doing this for the inlaws Christmas lunch and just want to make sure it's flavoured throughout. Love your work 👍

I do a glazed ham every year, there's a few more flavours in your glaze, I might mix it up this year......your glaze with a bit of smoke

Schuey you may be the man to ask but have you noticed any noticeable difference between a ham from one of the big boys or the super pricey ones from our local butchers? Just wondering if it’s more in the glaze or if I’m going to get an outstanding result if I go top $.
