@𝘿!𝙘𝙠 Riding ǤƗяℓ Leah Joni's song references her getting fingered by some Casanova at a country motel. Joni getting fingered is one thing. This guy getting fingered is another thing altogether. I'm not being homophobic either. Joni just wasn't about that at all. I find it revolting, and I bet she did too.

Also the lyric doesn't explicitly describe being fingers. 'My scent on his fingers' does imply that, but is also open to interpretation. That is the beauty of wonderfully crafted lyrics. She lets you fill in the gaps.

@@mwbright It's not an open mic night - it's a professional show. He was invited. Selected. Asked to perform. The song would have been cleared with her team as they knew the performance was being recorded for TV and an album.
