You are cultured, humble, respectful and I believe you will be welcomed wherever you go.people who are uneducated and lack respect are disliked wherever they go. It's the same all over the world. To have fun, you have to open your heart.🌷

@@GlenAndMado Yes. I'm a Japanese person living in Chiba Prefecture. Please do visit the countryside. I think you can experience food and things unique to that area. I was impressed by the scene in another video where you ate a raw egg 🤭

Really nice video, really great and enjoyable. The only thing I want to mention however (even though I'm certain you've probably heard it before) is the way you've been holding your chopsticks. The only way I can attempt to describe it is that it'd be akin to seeing some foreigner in Europe holding a fork and a knife in such a distorted way that it's almost disturbing to watch... I swear I'm not trying to be an ass, I'm only trying to be genuine, but it's really just how a scene like this kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4CyipKwYraigrc makes me feel as a Japanese. And since you do everything else in Japan quite well, I guess it just stands out even more. I know Japan is a new experience for you and all that, so I understand. But if you ever start to feel like learning how to use them properly and thus avoid looking like a clueless savage (which you definitely aren't), you might find videos like this worth your while. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKC7Y3Wdm66Ep8k Again, it wasn't my intention to rain on your parade or anything of the sort, and I tried to do this as diplomatically as possible. I hope that I was successful in my attempt, and that you'll keep having a good time and making great memories during all your travels. Best regards,

I hope Madeline came away from Japan with a t-shirt that says, “I went to Japan and all I got was a headache from Glen.” When does being a talkative partner vs someone who constantly speaks over their partner become disrespectful? So rude Glen. This channel is most definitely the “Glen” show (speaks volumes as to why the channel is called Glen and Mado). It’s insane how much you say without saying much at all. Madeline has superhuman patience. A champion effort trying to enjoy your birthday while being constantly bombarded by Glen. You seem like a friendly guy Glen but god, let Madeline have some peace, respect, autonomy and her own experience.
