Tari isn't dead, she just turned into an AI, like Theo. In a way, Tari is alive, but....she can't reach the outside world for some time. She can, however, take control of Sheridan's server and soon, it becomes their home.

Back when you first released this show, i thought "meh, its probably something silly". Now that you released the final episode, my curiosity was peaked and i decided to check it out. Ended up binge watching this entire thing, and oh boy was i wrong. This is a true masterpiece of a story, and i want to thank you and your team for creating it.

Okay, that's exactly what happened to me, too. I remember when I first discovered SMG4, and realized Tari was a proprietary character. I just kinda shrugged at the time cause I had NO idea she had this kind of depth and complexity. Literally yesterday, I thought Meggy was a gem of a character, and Tari was sort of just a blank. That misunderstanding was my fault, and I know better now.

This was one of the most amazing shows I’ve ever watched, and now I can’t stop crying… Sure, I may have been a year or so late to *_the_* party, but hey, better late than never, right? I’ve been going back in time these past few weeks and watching your older shows that I hadn’t seen yet. First I watched all of Sunset Paradise-which was *_amazing_* as well-and then I watched this, which was quite *_digital_* if I do say so myself. And with the *_circus_* coming to town this year, I can see a lot of references back to this. If you haven’t caught on yet, look at the words in italics and bold starting with the previous paragraph. You’re welcome. But above all else, I just wanted to say thank you, for everything. You are the channel I didn’t know I needed. All these shows have given me endless joy so far, and I’m sure they will continue to do so as Murder Drones comes to a conclusion and TADC starts its (Unreal) engines. I’ve been suffering from some mild depression lately, and I’ve completely lost my hope for things to get better. The world seems to be going down the drain faster than we can plug it, and there’s nothing I can do to change that. I wish I could do something to change the world and make things right, but I don’t have any power here. However, thanks to you guys-and these wonderfully produced shows-my hope is starting to return. That has got to be one of the most brutal deaths I've seen any of Luke's works pull off. Like, you don't die painlessly from that much electricity. I like that Lucks left on a good note at the end. He might not be the best businessman and did some pretty bad things, but he's above doing whatever Sheridan did. I respect him for that. It also seems to be a happy ending for everyone on the protagonist side. Masa lived, Lucinia was restored, the rest of the MD5 ended Sheridan's short-lived reign of terror, and both Tari and Theo got a nice cyberspace private server to themselves. A pretty bittersweet ending.

This was such an emotional roller coaster all the way through. I keep crying when I rewatch the ending, it’s so insane. How you guys really concluded this was perfect, I can tell you guys really put your heart into the production and care of this astonishing underrated series. This finale also made me learn a lesson about life. No matter how much you hold on, sometimes you have to let go. Even if you care about that person dearly to you. You have to go on the bright side of things, and think about how they’re in a much better place now. This series shows that everything is possible when you put your mind into it, and definitely the work at heart with your friends. Goodbye Meta runner, you were an awesome show that I’ve been watching from the start of its release. 🕊

I’ve been with Meta Runner ever since day one, when I was a freshman in high school. I can’t tell you how excited me and my brother would get when a new episode came on every Friday after school. It was one of our special things. I’m a senior now, and I guess it’s funny how this special thing came to an end on my last year of high school. I guess I would really like to thank Meta Runner for always being there, and for making memories that will last a lifetime. This adventure was amazing, and I can’t wait for what comes next. Thank you Luke and Kevin for this masterpiece! :)

First things first, this show is a god damn masterpiece, and I'm glad it ended on a good note, but can I mention what Masa has been through during this show? Like, He thought he lost one of his friends, that being Lucinia. Got caught breaking into Lucks server and got kicked off of the TASCorp Team. Got his lower Meta Runner arm blown off by Lucks, got it back again by cheating against Marco. Got framed for murder by Sheridan, got heavy PTSD from accidently killing Lucks. Got mind controlled by Sheridan and broke free. Got a screwdriver in the lower neck and had his Meta Runner arm entirely blown off because of the control bug exploding, and he survived. And he again lost 2 of his friends. Like seriously, the guy has been through so damn much

I am so glad I finally watched this show. I started watching this last week, unlike when I should've started, years ago when nathaniel bandy promoted it. Throughout these few days, I have grown attached to these characters, and I am amazed at this show. The best part is that it showed what video games are actually like, which is nothing compared to what big animation studios think video games are. I mean, they showed glitches and exploits that make sense, video games feel like video games, video game music is not stuck being chiptune, and most of all, it gave an amazing story. While it is a show about video games, I haven't heard any of the regular video game references (princess in another castle, donkey kong, etc), but it did give us some fresh video game references (link opening a chest, I have no idea is masa shimamoto is a mix of masahiro sakari and shigaru myamoto or not, but if it is, then it's an amazing reference). And plus, it didn't have much limitation, so it could do dark themes and even stabbing multiple people straight through without being told not to. I absolutely love this show, and can't wait to watch more GLITCH shows.

I want to say thank you for everything, to Luke, to Kevin, to the voice actors, and to everyone who worked on this amazing show. I've been following it and loving it for five years now, and even thought it had to end and this ending was everything I could have asked for, I still wish it would never end. I'm looking forward to the comics, I can't wait to see what's happening next. I loved and still love all of the characters that are likeable (yes, I'm talking about you Evelyn), Tari, Sofia, Masa, Lucinia, Llamar, Belle, even Lucks, and I'm gonna miss seeing them, but I'm happy about how everything turned out (Lucks' comeback was great, it adds so much to the character). It’s bittersweet because Tari is still *technically* alive, but her sacrifice was still meaningful because it brought Lucidia back to consciousness while severing Tari from her body.

The ending was good, but not perfect. A perfect ending would be them contacting MD5 via that window thing Lucks used to talk with Theo when Theo was imprisoned. They can't exist in the real world anymore, but they could have at least contacted MD5 at the end to let them know they're alive and happy.

So, I am writing this a few days before episode 4 of Murder Drones comes out, and while I was waiting I decided to finally watch Meta Runner. I binged the whole 3 seasons in 2 days and I have to say this, I am upset on how long I slept on this series. It is a masterpiece and a half. It tells a beautiful story, with some amazing scenes and visuals, and I teared up at the end of it all. But I have a question for the Lerdwichagul brothers (if they somehow see this). How does it feel to have a series like Meta Runner, the series you put so much time, effort, and tears, the series you (kinda) created by yourselves, being (seemingly) overshadowed by Murder Drones, the series you did help create, just not your own personal, family made creation? I don't ask to be rude or snarky, I just want to know how you guys feel about it. Anyways, my rant is over. If anyone reads this, watch and rewatch all of Meta Runner, it's fantastic.

Honestly I remember when Meta Runner first came out. Instantly bought the jacket. I was a huge fan since 2019 and started watching the series in 2020. Crazy how smg4 went from Mario 64 recordings of Mario and Smg4 getting chased by chain chomp to this insane level of animation. Like the 2nd top comment said, round of applause for Kevin and Luke.

@@gigachad3221 same. I was very sad and started crying tears when I watched the grand finale 😭. My mom let me get the Meta Runner hoodie and Murder Drones hoodie and I got them for Christmas. I was so happy when I got the hoodies and I said to Mom I love you and thank you. Rest easily Tari and Theo. And don’t worry Tari, I’ll be always running.
