Double click on the dimension and modify it. Global variables can be modified directly from the dimension dialog box.

First of all thanks for your short, yet informative video. Second, is there a way of modifying the global variables while in smart dimensions?

Hi, I am facing problem in equation when I go to change my equations, they dont update the part and rebuild. I have checked the automaticly rebuild box but they still don't change in the model, as shown by the same mass properties.

so if i have assigned 20mm to A already, assigning a new number, say 50mm, to that dimension, will it change the value of A to 55mm?

Nicolas Ceruti which service pack are you running? It might be a service pack issue or it sounds like you might have a registry error causing an incorrect error message.
