Glock 21 vs. Glock 30s THE ULTIMATE CARRY AND HOME DEFENSE???

Love both 21 and my Glock 30 war hammers . Both super accurate shooters and smooth as butter . I carry the 30 and 21 in winter . I own many Glocks but 21& 30 are absolutely my most accurate and loved Glocks and they shoot 45ACP my favorite caliber hands down.

I own & carry the G21 as my EDC. I purchased a fantastic OWB leather paddle holster for my G21. I have no issues at all in carrying my G21. I wear very loose XXL shirts & it’s not even noticeable!!!

I agree, the 30s is an awesome EDC. I've been carrying mine every day for many years. About the same footprint as a G19, very easy to conceal if you are worried about that sort of thing. Shoots very soft too. I don't consider them ugly, I consider them to be reliable tools.

How is the recoil on the Glock 30 compared to the Glock 19x or Glock 48 ?

@@Wu_boy Not bad at all. 45 is a push rather than a snap, so it seems milder in the hand than it sounds. It isn't like 2x the recoil of 9mm, it's more like 1.3x, if that makes sense.

Was just gifted a Glock 30 Gen 3 stock and plan on putting some night sights on it, the G21 mag with the xgrip and a light and having as an extra bedside/home defense gun. Great videos. Currently binging your content while im "working ". Subbed

Love my g21 for home defense I love 45 for home defense because I don't have to worry about over penetration. 45 is the best pistol round for home defense

I never leave the house without my G30s. The only thing I did was put night sights on it. I bought a g21 mag for reload, will never need it I hope but yea I carry that also. Mine is a Gen 3. Years ago took my ccw course and all the trainers had to try out my 30s. Was the only one shooting 45acp. The kids, 21-30 yrs old all shot 9mm. It's a good round but I love 45acp and 357mag. Fantastic video!! I own & carry the G30SF G3. Absolutely love the pistol. It’s absolutely built solid. It has a very smooth slide & smooth trigger. Yes it’s a little thick but no issues at all with conceal & carry. Hey it’s a Glock & its still the Lord’s caliber!! I’m a subscriber!!!!!👍👍

I put +4 Taran tactical extension on my 13 rounders now I got 17 rounds each. They will also work for the 30s. One of the greatest about Glocks you can upgrade higher capacity

I do not pocket carry. Iwb strong side on hip. Sorry. It is a soft IWB I bought front ve do at a gun show that ironically I thought was going g to be garbage. Turn ls out it was a really well made holster

Love my Glock 30s. I have the 13 round mags with the sleeve for my spare magazine. Shoots straight. I did put a Talon pro grip on it but found that it is too abrasive for IWB carry. Going to get the rubber Talon grip and I should be good to go. Thanks for the video🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Be careful of the G21 Gen 5. Just picked one up and it's a jam-o-matic. The gun jammed right out of the box. Lots of FTF tip up. Also, ejection was erratic. Sent it back and Glock says they couldn't repeat the FTF but found the ejector to be bad.

@@TerryBenton Yes, I was surprised too. I have many Glocks. Had a G21 Gen 4 with no issues. I have a G30 as well and it's great. This seems like the same situation as the G19 Gen 4 if you remember. To me it seems like the recoil spring is too strong. I've seen the issue on youtube with the G20 gen 5 as well.

They actually sell 10nrd mags for the G21 for states here that only allow 10 rd mags. You can buy them on eBay

Actually you have to buy factory 10 Rd Glock mags cause they're interior is made to not allow you to add extra capacity unlike standard mags.

I carry the G21 it's my EDC. I carry it in the appendix position. It's the only way to conceal down here in Florida. It's so hot you got to be able to conceal with shorts flip flops and a loose shirt😂. I love my 21 and think it's beautiful 😂 it's no 1911 but it's still sexy. I'll take 14 rounds of 45 acp and lighter weight with outstanding reliability. I'll take a gun I can work on myself with minimal moving parts and accessories through the roof at half the cost of most comparable pistols in performance. I'll take Glock.
