I just looked at the Springfield site, the description of the XDM Elite 3.8 Compact 45 says it's a 10+1 capacity.

It's a normal 10rd but can take a 13rd mag. Ya have to remove the taper to the mag well to use the extension and the mag has a filler and has to match the grip, 1,2 or 3.

I like the XD for its ambi features. Even if I weren't a biased Southpaw, you do get alot of features with XD series for the money. 💵 👍👍

The XDM elite you have there is 10+1. It comes with a +1 base plate from the factory. That’s why it’s not flush fit.

Picked my first ever Glock up inaround 1999-2000 and it was a G-30 Gen 2.5. Love them. Since I've picked up a new old stock G30 2.5 and a Gen 3. No complaints. They WORK. They also have this peculiar habit of hitting where it's being aimed in my hands. Go figure!

Some people have stated the Springfield can also shoot .45 super and .450smc witout mods

Got it and like it. Kicks less than the shield 40. The 40 has more rise, the 45 pushes back instead of as much rise.

I took my loaded chamber indicator off after the spring inside the indicator popped out while shooting ,and when I took the spring out (since it was just sticking out) , I was having jams with the casing getting stuck with the free moving loaded chamber indicator. Just a heads up

Great video! I have the G30s great pistol. I believe that mag in the springfileld holds 10 just like the Glock. I have the 9 and 10 rounds for the Glock and my 9 round for the SA is smaller than what yous shows ,

Glock 30 have a very good trigger verse other glocks LOL but its true shot one the other day at the range and i love it was very comfy and recoil was not bad felt less than a G19 and same size, can I conceal it yes. I think I will get one non Red Dot just because I want it more concealable

They are both awesome great dependable Gns .. the only issue I have is the xdm is that it is a little bit heavier than the glocks are ... but other than that the xdm is so comfortable to hold and natural aim it just feels good like it's a better built g .. but just because it feels like it is better built doesnt mean that it is.. but the xdm comes with more features little 1s but they come with them. I really like the xdm magazine extension from sub compmact that makes the handle into a very comfortable full size grip it just feels good to me.. but make no mistake glock is a very very dependable get any job done that it come up against.. that's my opinion. Not that my opinion matters..
