I always thought the Glock was an overhyped gun and that there were better options. On a budget I always would be quick to point out that the Glock was a tupperware gun that didn't live up to budget offerings. Then with the gen 5 fs mos that changed. I quickly bought it and love this thing. Sure it's not like other guns , it has its quirks, and honestly the grip angle is actually the thing I thought most people overcomplained about. It's a very hardy gun. EVERY gen is a good gen with pros and cons! I'm a lefty so the slide release is what drove me to purchase the G19. One of the things I enjoy is the amount of value this gun holds. try and sell any springfield xd's or m&p and they just don't hold value as much, my glock can always resell for a base of $4-500 and that's a testement to a decent investment. The mags are very reliable and you can pick up a mag for $10.00 as opposed to other manufacturers where Im spending 45 for 1 mag...

My biggest question at this point as is many other law enforcement agencies in the state of Michigan is asking. Where are the GEN5 40sw's at? As of now in 2020 the FBI and their non-proven opinion about the 9mm is better or equal to 40sw is not true. The 40sw is still a widely used and requested caliber with law enforcement and civilians in late 2020 year.

Those sights will fail, the rear sights drift out and the front cracks off. MOST violent crimes happen between 10pm-6am. Night sights are the most correct answer. Facts are stubborn things brofessor!
