I agree with the assessment of Mihawk as the strongest Warlord. As Kaido himself said, having a Devil Fruit in and of itself doesn't mean you're the toughest around, since Roger became Pirate King despite never having eaten a Devil Fruit. And since we know Mihawk is a master of Haki, and you NEED to be a master of Haki to make it in the rougher seas of the Grand Line, and Mihawk travels everywhere using a dinky little coffin-boat...well.

Kaido says that and meanwhile, a large part of his durability comes from how durable his DF gives for scales. and then he's superior to Luffy in every haki aspect but loses cuz Luffy awakens a stronger version of his fruit. and we've seen other instances like when Whitebeard stabs Aokiji, it doesnt hurt Aokiji (visibly); or when Buggy gets cut up by Mihawk (sword is always black w/ haki). so clearly Aokiji and other frutis have bonus abilities that can outclass certain haki abilities

People always forget that Mihawk achieved what no one besides Ryuuma (as far as we know) did. He reached the highest level of armament haki by creating a black blade. And the fact that he fought on a level with Shanks back in the days and refuses to fight him anymore because he lost one of his arms is crazy tho not gonna lie

Hancock is severely underrated... The Bb fight can't be used because BB is an opportunist - he knew he could not fight her head on 1 vs 1 that's why he had to do what he did, sneak attack her b4 she was gonna attack Koby. Also Idk they nerfed her, she wasn't using her haki (did they just suddenly forget she has haki or smt lol?) - Also let's say BB is physically stronger because yk his body size, she has 2 sisters just as large if not larger than BB and for some reason they weren't there lol - Hancock is also one of those characters who is physically stronger than they look type of situation. Honestly the fight was just a mess tbh - BB won bcuz of plot as Hancock turning him to stone would mean the end for him.

Law didn't take on Blackbeard. Blackbeard jumped him and ambushed him. Kidd took on an emperor, he intentionally went after Shanks after Wano. Imo Law has the potential to be stronger than 99% of characters, he just lacks stamina.

Doflamingo without devil fruit,BB without devil fruit etc. Boa before timeskip was as strong as Luffy after timeskip, but Luffy is the main character so thats why he grew up . Even without her devil fruit she has very strong haki (all 3 types)

I believe people underestimate Kuma since he has yet to go all out. His constant abuse when guarding the Sunny and being a slave should speak about his endurance and inner strength. He may have gotten slapped around by Iva but by no means did it seem like he was in trouble. Also considering he was the number 2 of the Revolutionaries, and seems to be part of a unique race like King, I think it would be more fair to call him a sleeping giant than Jinbei. My personal ranking would put him at 4, just under Law and Blackbeard.

I'm not saying Kuma is weak. Since sabaody I for one believed he was one of the stronger warlords and people underestimated him. We saw this as he defeated warships during his time as a pirate and was able to go in-between Rayleigh and kizaru, and defeat the strawhats and pacifistas. His fruit is quite powerful too. What I was saying was that we found out Kuma wasn't number 2 of the revolutionaries. That's the reason dragon didn't help him.

Amazing video do love the mihawk love and I do think his definitely top 1 alive rn Mihawk>Shanks sbs101 But that being said crocodile in my opinion needs to be higher The way he was portrayed in chapter 1058 just puts him above the likes of doffy and jimbei Boa also deserves to be above doffy and jimbei maybe even Weevil Her devil fruit is a 50/50 it's overpowered when it works but super weak when it doesn't but I do think her haki and portrayal puts her above doffy I think a very important thing about power scaling especially in one piece is not just feats but portrayal and narrative And narrative wise crocodile and boa just have to be stronger than some of the people you put above them because they play bigger roles in the story Same with portrayal they have been getting so much hype chapter 1058 and 1059

i can agree with your boa takes, but crocodile being above the likes of jimbei currently is a bit of a stretch considering he in the past fought ace for days to a standstill, and has only gotten stronger, ace already being a 2nd commander, sure he has a high bounty and even his portrayal is great because of cross guild but portrayal isnt enough to scale a character that high, much less someone who has very little to show on that level, and the narrative doesn't necessarily push for crocodile being strong, sure he has bigger things to do in the story considering what cross guild is, but that does require him to actually be physcially imposing, mihawk is the muscle behind the operation, while buggy is the face, and crocodile is the brains

Based on what we saw during marineford and the fact doffy asked croc if he wanted to team up tells that him and croc are around the same level of power. Crocodile is definitely very powerful with his devil fruit but I feel like back in alabasta he relied too heavily on it just because of the landscape he was surrounded by(literally miles and miles of sand) and I just think doffy might be just a lil stronger because of his conqueror haki as well as buso haki but since croc is still alive even after his fight with doffy in marineford id say we haven't seen just how powerful crocodile can be. plus there's whatever ivankov did to him to think of since it could've just be the basic gender swap thing it could've also been something crazier but we just don't know. No crocodile slander in this home.

Doffy asked it, but he also wanted to make Croco a subordinate, meaning, he believes he's stronger than Croco. I think weevil's strength gets exaggerated pretty highly, especially in speculation videos. Remember he was being described by people who didn't actually know prime whitebeard, so they have see "a fair bit stronger than me" and "related to whitebeard" and infer they're similar. i dont really agree with how you intrepret that katakuri statement. katakuri said "i no longer assume that you are inferior to me" not "you were weaker than me at the start of the fight and now you are equal to me in your base form". i think he was saying that he was sleeping on luffy and was acknowledging that hes worthy of being respected as a competent opponent, and he was probably including gear 4 in that evaluation. luffy did also grow during that fight, but not in terms of strength, it was in terms of observation haki. also, i dont know why we are assuming whos who is the strongest tobi roppo when ulti has the best feats. and one more thing, yes blackbeard uses underhanded tactics/ trickery to win fights, but given what shanks said ("i didnt get this scar from being careless") its not fair to label that as anything other than a legitimate feat at this point.

Statement: "Mihawk is called the World's Greatest Swordsman. Shanks uses a sword. Shanks is not called the World's Greatest Swordsman. Therefore Mihawk is stronger than Shanks..." He may or may not be, but that logic doesn't work for deciding it. The title of the Greatest Swordsman indicates that no one in the world is better than Mihawk in a 'sword fight' - not that no one in the world that uses a sword sometimes can be Mihawk if they use some other power. This isn't a question s sworsmanship. Many more skills, abilities, and strengths can be considered when determining "who would win in a fight".

I feel before Conquerors imbuement I would've said Doflamingo was stronger then Hancock but after that powerup I can't say he is. I feel like many post wano oda won't be hiding powers anymore and will be revealing the true strengths of everyone he's been hiding..This would include Hancock.. of course I would also agree with this list since we haven't exactly gotten to that point yet.. Pretty much I got Jinbe, Doflamingo,Boa , Kuma, Weevil and Law are all commander lvl , with Doflamingo possibly being the weakest ..

Boa is YC1 minimum. You can negate DF hax with a sufficient Haki gap ie Law and Blackbeard's commanders or BM and Kaido and Law's shambles. Blackbeard couldn't shrug off or negate Boa's fruit so her Haki isn't that far off from Blackbeard. I'd place her in the YC+ tier and she's probably stronger than Law and Kidd by a bit while being weaker than Yamato. Doflamingo is overrated ash and any commander would stomp him. Cracker and Jack are third commanders and are stronger than Doffy, with Cracker putting up a much better fight against Gear 4 Luffy. Luffy's ability in Gear 4 at the beginning of WCI/Dressrosa is on par with Cracker and third commanders and he clearly outclassed Doffy. The closest Luffy came to losing was when he hit his time limit, which isn't really relevant when comparing characters' peak strength. Doffy could also heal using his fruit so the damage he took from Law wasn't that relevant. Doflamingo has weak Haki and he couldn't do jack shit to Gear 4. Kaido and Big Mom sending their third commanders to take on characters stronger than Doffy says a lot about what they think of Doflamingo. Jinbei is also being overrated here. Putting him above Katakuri is batshit insane. Who's who is portrayed as the strongest Tobi Roppo, but that just means he's on the same level as like Snack or Perospero. Luffy was caught off guard by Ulti and decided to use Gear 4(he didn't even try ACoA) to finish her quickly so that he could get to Kaido. She's nowhere near YC1 level like Base Luffy post-Udon and this is backed up by the All stars being clearly above the Tobi Roppo and King, Zoro, Base Luffy pre-ACOC, Gear 4 Luffy before Udon, Marco, and Katakuri all being on the same level if we scale them with each other and Kaido. Jinbei is around third commander level and is no stronger than Ace was. Ace and Jinbei were the same strength before Ace went on Whitebeard's ship and based on their ages and experiences since then, Jinbei can't be close to YC1 if Ace wasn't. IMO the rankings should go Mihawk, Blackbeard, Boa, Law, Weevil, Jinbei, Doflamingo, Kuma, Crocodile, Moriah, Buggy

First off, BB can just absorb boa’s attacks with the yami yami fruit just as he did with WB. It wouldn’t really matter all that much if their Haki isnt that far off. Plus BB probably doesn’t even know this technique as law had to fight emperor to learn it. The claims of Boa being above Law and Kid are completely unfounded. I agree that doflamingo is not that powerful in the grand scheme of things, however this idea of all commanders being on the same level is just not true. We see Luffy get many times stronger than his 4th form in his base multiple times. Luffy post Udon is one of those examples. If a base luffy who is stronger than Katakuri gets caught by Ulti then by your logic he should just overpower her. Especially when they did the headbutt clash. However Luffy knew that he couldn’t get away in his base (or the other gears) so he had to go gear 4th. I'm not saying that she beats luffy but Ulti is on a level that is multiple times more powerful than Kat. All of the commanders being on the same level is nonsense. Big Mom has some of the weakest commanders but one of the biggest crews in the series. With at least 70,000 troops. Kaido has more powerful commanders with smaller numbers.

Concerning Mihaws strength, there's an event in the war of the summit where Mihawk said something like he wanted to test his strength against Whitebeard so he a sent (what I'm assuming was a really strong) sword strike at Whitebeard but it was blocked by "Diamond" Jozu and it didn't even injure him so it just seemed like he was Commander level in strength at best.

Mihawk normally swung his sword once, then Jozu, who is known for his durability can’t even eat that SINGLE swing, he had to deflect it upwards. Mihawk also rivaled Shanks who is a yonko. I have no idea how you can even call Mihawk “commander” level, so at this point is Zoro stronger than him already because Zoro beat King? Hell nah. Zoro’s definitely close to him now, like just one tier below Mihawk probably, but Mihawk is yonko level, even if he’s the weakest among the yonkos.

First of all, huge respect for the effort you put into ranking. But I think your ranking is a little bit off because your way of powerscaling isnt the best for one piece characters. You are trying to scale the characters by Luffys progress, math, logic and sense. But one piece is still a fictional story and its very inconsistant, illogical and based on fantasy not realism. So if you are trying to comprehend something that makes no sense, with strict logic, you will only get illogical results. For example, according to your powerprogress-scaling marineford Luffy is more than 500× stronger than he alabasta Luffy, who was pretty much equal to Crocodile. But in marineford, Crocodile is atleast equal to luffy again. So according to your powerscaling Crocodile has become more than 500 times stronger from rotting in Implel-down (bad food, no training, almost nothing to drink, and permantly wearink seatone). See? The math aint mathing.

Zoro is going to end up being the 2nd strongest character in the world when he accomplishes his dream of defeating Mihawk. Mihawk is probably the 2nd strongest character currently alive. Mihawk is above Yonko level and can 100% beat Shanks in a 1v1 if both of them go all out. It wouldn't make sense for him to be weaker, since he's one of the final bosses of One Piece.

ngl I see crocodile slamming Boa is they were actually fighting, crocodile is way smarter, more stable, his haki is worse, but his fruit is much more deadly, especially considering we can make a VERY realistic assumption that crocodile could resist the powers of Boa's fruit, meaning all Boa could use were her physical fighting skills, which is dangerous when your opponent can kill you in one swipe with his poisonious hook, and her haki, we only rly get much of her using conq and probably observation, I dont recall ever seeing her use armanent, not saying she doesnt have it, but it'd most likely be her weakest type of haki overall. Combine this with basing off body type crocodile being physically stronger with his upper body, and fast enough to throw with akainu, and catch Mihawk mid slash, I see a very realistic crocodile win.

Zoro doesn’t fight anyone based on swordsmanship. When he fights mihawk it won’t be with just swordsmanship so why would the title be based solely upon swordsmanship? Swordsmanship doesn’t have as much as a bearing as you think it’s just the way you swing your sword around… if shanks beats mihawk then he should be the most powerful swordsman which narratively makes no sense

I don't even disagree with your actual rankings that much, but your *numbers*? Jesus christ, power scalers truly are reading a different series from the rest of us. One Piece isn't Dragon Ball Z. The power scaling in One Piece makes far more sense if you consider it like OG dragon ball, where Goku's power level from introduction to the 22nd world martial arts tournament went from 10 to 180 which included multiple training arcs *and* a time skip. Calling Luffy at Marineford "hundreds if not thousands" of times stronger than Alabasta is genuinely nonsense. He's not even training noticeably, and he certainly doesn't get Zenkai Boosts. Literally around 40 days happened between Alabasta and Marineford. Even if you believe that Gear 2nd is a 10x powerup (which is plausible, but not guaranteed like your one reddit citation claims, because Blueno's quote *doesn't account for Luffy's starting power which is far far more than an ordinary human*), his base form didn't get 50x stronger on top of that. The number of times he overcame his limits to get slightly stronger than a strong foe before Marineford--even starting before Alabasta--can be counted on one hand: Kuro (to follow his speed), Arlong, Crocodile, CP9, and then Impel Down. At no other point was his physicality tested to the point of breaking his limit, he either was just having fun and outclassed his opponents from the get-go and possibly overcame their cheap tricks (this is most of his pre-timeskip opponents tbh--even if Enel was a lucky matchup, Luffy was still physically stronger from the start), got a purely temporary power-up (Moria/Oz), or just plain lost (Aokiji, Kuma). His power-ups have become far more noticeable in magnitude since the time skip (including of course the time skip power-up itself, but also including his fight against Doflamingo, his fight against Katakuri, his jail mini-training arc which saw him both get significantly more muscular *and* learn advanced armament, his mastery of advanced haoushoku in the fight against Kaido, and finally gear 5 which gives him Toon Force on top of his greatly evolved raw power), but literally from his departure in east blue until Marineford, his base form definitely didn't need to get more than around 5x stronger than he started (which would make him 50x stronger with the gear 2 estimate). Do you seriously think that East Blue Luffy had a douriki of 40 or below? Because that seems to be what you're arguing with the amount of scaling you're claiming here. HE PUNCHED A FUCKING SEA KING IN THE FACE IN CHAPTER 1 WITHOUT ANY WIND UP (he used pistol, not bazooka), MY DUDE. He started east blue with a douriki of 200 MI-NI-MUM, realistically it could've been 300+ already. Powerscaling is way way slower in this series than you seem to think. In Dragon Ball Z, power levels grow so rapidly so that the previously-weaker character now has the strength to LITERALLY DISINTEGRATE the previously-stronger character. In One Piece (and OG dragon ball), power levels grow more slowly so there is a reasonable curve to make a ton of fights very close up until the very very end. Whatever power-scaling communities you're part of that led you to these raw numbers are actually just purely moronic (even though the power differences in the new world are, again, admittedly more noticeable). Again, the rankings themselves seem pretty fair, relatively speaking. I just can't comprehend how any human thinks Marineford Luffy was 500x stronger than Alabasta Luffy. Oda would cry if he heard you people say these things. Are you one of those people that claim that Luffy is moving faster than light now on Egghead? Because spoiler: no character in the series will ever reach FTL levels. Benn Beckman is not FTL. The reality is that Logias are still bound by the processing speed of their own brains which means that Kizaru yielding (temporarily!) to Beckman was just an acknowledgement that he couldn't fully turn into light to escape in a safe direction faster than Beckman's haki and reaction speed could shoot him. This isn't the type of universe where any character will ever be able to physically move faster than light speed. This isn't the type of universe where a character can multiply their base-form physical power by 50 in just 40 days. This isn't Dragon Ball Z. This is One Piece.

One Piece's earth and our earth probably has the same size..because in one Piece's world even though it has chaotic geography, 7 moons, inconsistent weather and season for 1 island to another..but in general they have 24 hours a day, in SBS Oda also say how much the crew slept in daily basis, and also the gravitational pull in most of the region are practically the same as our earth.. i forget where it say, but the time its need to circle the whole globe of one Piece's earth basically the same amount that we need in our earth..
