Bcuz it has a greater impact on ur lip and overall mouth area looks. 4- 4:14 microblading ur brows《if u are going to invest in money》 5- 5:06 smile more :) helps in lifting ur cheekbones and muscles around ur eyes & lips, and to avoid droopy face 6- 6:04 SķıñCªŕə 《invest in money》 or naturally by diys 7- 7:00 stop eating so much spicy or hard foods(like chewing gums) bcuz it can make ur jaw more square-shaped by chewing 8- 8:23 cutting off toxic people(u know why) - wrote by me Some tips i use are 1. Stay positive 2. Stay hydrated 3. Use face masks 4. DO NOT PUT UR HANDS(dirty) ON FACE 5. Do not pinch the pimples 6. Clean ur face from time to time (also apply moisturizer) 7. Great tips as usual. The only thing I kind of disagree with is the toxic people/avoiding stress. It is always good to minimise it, of course. But sometimes, knowing how to deal with stressful situations and toxic people can be a useful skill. You always risk meeting someone toxic, but you can't always run away every time it happens. Or let them stop you from doing what you enjoy. They don't get to have that kind of say in your life.

I just found your channel while looking for tips for reducing double chin, as I've always struggled with it despite never being 'fat.' However, by watching your videos, I started to understand that my issue isn't just a simple double chin, but also the stress I carry and my tendency to focus solely on specific problems instead of taking care of everything. I think your channel is exactly what I needed to find. It feels like finding a missing piece where I've been making mistakes even though I've been trying so hard. Thank you so much for this channel and for creating these videos. You've gained a new subscriber, and I'll definitely be spending more time watching your content! 😊

The tip to not eat hard foods goes against mewing as eating soft modern foods has lead people to have weaker jaw and face muscles and when that is weak the tongue is held low. When the tongue is held low people are far more likely to breathe from their mouth and this will elongate the face.

Facial massages are real and they work but most people give up in few weeks (it can give results in weeks ) but usually for bigger change it will takes months and very less people really stick to it for so long before coming over and saying they don't work.. i got myself a habit massaging my nose everytime for 10 secs (even in the middle of a work ) and it did slimed down my nose for real (it did not change the complete shape drastically becuz i have it genetically and i was not even doing the massage right)

You are absolutely STUNNING, so I’m not saying this as a correction or a tip for you. But as far as eating spicy and hard foods, I’ve never heard this tip from anyone before, and perhaps it does alleviate some physical strain. But studies have shown that when people (especially children) eat hard, natural, unprocessed foods, it leads to better jaw development. A child who grows up more on soft foods like bologna, mac & cheese, and white bread, is more likely to need braces and even corrective jaw surgery than a child who grew up eating more raw apples, carrots, and less processed meats. If I am not mistaken, a soft, over processed diet is one of the primary causes of orthodontic issues, right up there with mouth-breathing. Also, spicy food is good for weight loss/maintenance, for anyone who has that as part of their beauty goals. It speeds up metabolism and makes us feel fuller faster and longer. Just thought anyone who may like your tips should have all the information when deciding whether or not to implement them themselves.

To anyone struggling with acne these are the food groups provent to have the most connections with acne: 1) High carb foods (flours, grains, sugar, etc.) 2) Dairy and cheese 3) Saturated fats (they can also come from vegetable souces like coconut oil and milk, palm oil, shea butter and even cacao butter) 4) Vegetable oils Another one I would personally add is meat and eggs from animals raised in bad conditions. Try to choose higher quality ones. Experiment and have fun!

Hello Gloria!! You mentioned that chewing gum can stress the jaw so you don’t do it, does eating hard candy or sucking on candy also do the same?
@GloriaSong3 ай бұрын
Not too sure about sucking on candy, but the general rule is anything that is using your jaw muscles to crack hard foods will stress your jaw! At least for me, I try to avoid foods that require constant breakthroughs of hard foods or tough meat where you have to keep chewing.

@msl16896 ай бұрын
If done correctly, it's not supposed to cause any pain and takes very little effort. When mewing, create a vacuum between your tongue and roof of your mouth so you don't have to use any energy to get your tongue to stick to the roof. And don't clench your teeth. There are a lot of videos out there that teach how to mew properly so I suggest you check them out.
