I listened to this homily on Hallow, like 3 times, and the 3rd time very slowly while reading it. I will probably watch it again on KZbin. It is so rich and full of wisdom. Fr. Mike, the LORD has given you a wonderful gift. I have been Blessed to be one of the many, who have listened to your words again and again, here, on Hallow, with BIAY, with CIAY (not finished that one yet…); and my faith has grown, my zeal for the gospel enriched and encouraged; thank you Fr. Mike, thank you Holy Spirit, thank you God our good Father. Goals sharpened - “Go in Peace, glorifying the LORD with your life.”

I once heard him interviewed about how long he works on his sermons. I think he said 7 to 10 hourd. He takes the work of preaching, so seriously! Which is why each of his sermons is such a blessing.

Once again, Father Mike, you have left me speechless. I keep saying the same things over and over again. Your homilies are the best I've ever heard and keep getting better. I thank God for sending you into my life as you are truly one of His disciples sent to me/us to strengthen my faith. Thanks to you, I now see the Mass and my life in a different light, everything is so much brighter and has more meaning. Thank you for being you!!!!!

Thank you for your gift of evangelization. I first learned about Michelle Duppong in the article, "You were made to be a saint" in the meditations published, "The Word Among Us". I was so inspired by her life that I cut out her picture and laminated it. As I listened to your homily, the song, "Take the Word of God with You as You Go" keep playing in my head. We were all made to be saints!

why am I only hearing about this now, when Im in my sixties? Is the significance of the Mass some kind of secret? Was that the point of V2, to make sure no Catholic ever claims his inheritance? It drives me nuts. Over and over again, the plenitude of the Faith has been (deliberately, it seems) concealed/withheld by the men who's mission it was to reveal it.

Some Jews don't wash dishes on a Sabbath day or even cook, like wtf, is the sky gonna fall if they wash a plate or prepare food, the creator rested on the seventh day, keeping the Sabbath day holy didn't mean don't do anything that some consider work some find preparing food and doing house cleaning therapeutic helps them to relax therefore they can rest on the same day, the height of nonsense the old Jewish law even jesus was fed up with how idiotically strict they were, picked an ear of corn and the fingers were pointing FFS chill assholes

Mathematics and physics, on the other hand is more advanced pleasure ;) or even reading books. But no, let's talk about.. Not bad homily otherwise though :)
