Attacking a prison officer = His mates with "the camera not working temporarily" come in with their truncheons and you "used a weapon" and were "resisting and being violent" and one guy has a scratch and you have 2 black eyes a broken nose teeth damaged gums bleeding nose bleeding bruised up and the Governor punishes YOU with loss of pay and all that crap. Luckily my BF is a good talker and came in to prison after powerlifting and I won't name which one I forget the name but it was up north and NOT good for a Cardiff person to be in and I mean he actually managed to fight the officers and so he was marked for getting THEM Disciplined. But even someone 297lbs of solid muscle at 6ft3 as he was can fight a mufti squad. IF you get a beating in jail over here GENERALLY IT WILL BE BAD! But that's what a man expects... sadly rape is sometimes used and it can destroy a human being a cell full of "the boys" taking turns to sodomise someone and having to walk past as they shout "Hi Sam *laughing*" as he walks past KNOWING he can't tell anyone to stop it. But he was in a high security on remand for manslaughter (acquitted it was self defence) but if you filmed a Cat A prison like he was in with screen visits and so many drugs it was ridiculous in fact the price went DOWN at one point cos they wanted to not fuck with the prisoners on that wing they had a policy of if you smuggle it in we turn a blind eye. Surprisingly as the guy at the start says people started smoking weed not just smack. Prisons vary from horrific to soft in the UK but the soft ones are few and one transfer can make someone "go straight" after seeing a BAD one.

SOME steroids cause water retention and bloat BUT how about cooling the chatting shit bit I'm just saying what I've seen and known. Steroid muscle the issue is that it enables mostly hypertrophy not hyperplasia so your cells will shrink back down when you come off. Look at any ex-bodybuilder or ex-wrestler. Usually unless they STILL taking it because abuse can make you messed up. And steroids turn the work you put in to your body into 5-10 times the results but as I say you take the chemical or hormone away and there's nothing keeping those muscles on you. And who is my fiancée? A father of 6 kids and 1 on the way who works to pay for them! Who got fucked over for standing up to idiots a few times. From what I hear not only from him since I'm female EVERYONE in prison is usually full of fucking shit. They ALL think they ARE "Bronson" as you put it. If you got sour grapes and I do some stuff but it's a much better hobby than being a fucking prison dole beat bum! I only leave comments to say what I think not to get into bickering with children or people acting their penis size instead of their age. Judging by some comments I get from being a "dumb girl" - doing a Masters in Social Sciences BTW with 14 GCSEs A-A* and 4 AS and 4 A levels - I think most "men" on here just love telling how hard they are. That guy would NEVER get any amount in that way. In prison time is slow I've visited an ex and He got hooked in prison (cell mate being a smackhead means either you get lots of free Kit Kat so they can use the foil but usually that you end up one yourself - a smackhead that is not a Kit Kat) and I mean some people bring a load in up they bum most criminals waiting for a sentence will go to court stuffed where the sun doesn't shine right up with Valium/Downers, Weed (usually "Rocky"/Cheap Hash - else it stinks and is going to give the game away much more likely) and Heroin/Subutex/Buprenorphine/Morphine/Tramadol/Fentanyl I mean basically anything. But if one gets Methadone on prescription in prison the liquid is impossible really to distribute but anyone on Subutex say they get 32mg a day may get 4 x 8mg pills and can hide 2 to spit out and that's £1-3 per milligram depending on Category A/B/C and the prison. Syringes made out of pens or ONE syringe will get used until its blunt as a pencil. People do desperate things you cannot just take someone off Heroin and expect them to stop. In Cardiff I visited my fiancé on remand and 20% of people in the prison had FAILED for Buprenorphine (Subutex/Suboxone (with Naloxone)) to an opiate naïve (not user of them) snorting 1-4mg of Subutex or even Suboxone can make them high as a kite for days. Problem is like with weed the stuff now they've caught on to the fact it lasts days and days and days compared to Heroin. And yeah one drug test take a shedload of Heroin and if you can keep in between no withdrawal but tolerant to dangerous side effects it's possible. Lots of "tricks" apparently work but let's face it a lot of staff are going to be IN on the drugs and turn blind eyes and even DIT (deal it themselves) you get any amount of Heroin into a prison a tenbag becomes a £25-75 bag! Mixed with olive oil or butter to run it in fact. People do VERY desperate things to get away from prison and escape into themselves. Where else is there to go though I suppose? And all the Women I know who've been to Women's Prison give me the impression it's WORSE. Women also have twice the storage space in fact if a girl's a slut she could probably fit a hell of a lot of stuff "up there" lol if my fiancée "opens me up" I know I "expand" lol *blushes* - just find prison mad. A sad state of affairs how full they are now with wasted lives and drugs and just negativity.

Lucy Candice The latest one was to soak Fentanyl and Buprenorphine (subutex) "analogues" (legal(ISH) but similar very strong drugs in the opiate (Heroin let's just say) family) or Valium-analogues (Phenazepam and Etizolam being long lasting/potent and all sorts of new ones out) into solvent then into paper that's lined and divide up the paper so one could inject it or place it under the tongue or even dissolve it in "A paining off my daughter" in the paint kind of thing. Even pen ink in a new birthday present could be full of something. People do extreme things and some people it's easier to let a few "packages" get inside to avoid having them going Mad Frankie Fraser on the P.O's. But an A4 sheet of a Fentanyl derivative with Phenazepam could have

If you take herion or fentanyl and take subutex or suboxone you are going to be in a world of pain because the subs will if taken with or after herion put that person into severe withdrawals even if they aren't an addict. The subs are for people WANTING to get of opioids and i have seen first hand what happens when a person doses on methadone and a couple of hours later had some suboxone, I can tell you he was rolling around on the ground vomiting and withdrawal. So you obviously don't know shit about how the subs work and reactions to opioids!!!!

Mate I used to ENJOY going back couple times a year to kick back recharge the batteries and have a proper fuckin laugh with the boys.....not now. It's a fucking war zone and a very dangerous place to be. All cos of spice!!!! I used to take parcels in every time and sell a bit of Sybil to get by but my last sentence I got jacked up kicked 8 teeth out. Little fuckers. Young lads and I'm 43. Scary shit man honest. Prisons are out of control because of 13 years of tory cuts, they've destroyed the prison officer service, loads of the veterans have left and now they are scraping the barrel to get officers of low quality who have zero natural presence. I was in a year ago and they are like US prisons where the officers rely on influential inmates to keep some semblance of order, but it's the wild west now. Saw 3 people get cooked, awful sound you'll never forget.
