Seeing Twitch chat escape an abusive relationship with Doug was truly inspiring. Throughout the entire video Dougdoug points out all of Twitch chat's flaws, failing to acknowledge any of their good qualities. He mocks and insults them, and insists that he's the "main character" in their relationship, that it revolves around him, instead of treating them as equals, which is how a healthy relationship should be. Then after mocking and gaslighting Twitch chat for 20 minutes, he tries to convince them that they're perfect for each other, that Twitch chat has been madly in love with Doug the entire tume, that Twitch chat NEEDS him, because they couldn't succeed on their own due to the flaws Doug has pointed out throughout the video. Twitch chat realizes that Doug has been manipulating them, however, and instead rejects Doug, because they realize that it's more important to care for yourself than let someone else take control of your life. What an incredible masterpiece of storytelling. 3/10, needs more Parkzer.
