The idea of a glow in the dark skeleton dragon is so cool! Even as just a skeleton they have so much detail. I can’t imagine how much patience you must have to be able to finish it. I made a skeleton dragon once as well, but it was made completely of fabric and much smaller and less detailed. What I did was make a black base for the body so I could connect all the bones onto it and it would look just like the skeleton against a dark background. But instead of making a single piece for the ribs and spine like you did, I made every single individual vertebrae all the way from the head to the tail. It took a while to sew each one on, as you can imagine!

Thank you😊 I was debating on the black base but ended up wanting everything to glow lol. Yeah doing each bone wasnt going to work, I wanted to get the video out in time and I also had to finish it cause we're about to move lol. So I tried to simplify it.

This came out so cool! Sewing must of been a pain with all the “limbs” of the skeleton. I can just imagine how many times the thread loop around them when trying to sew

Gorgeous, gorgeous result!!! Aaahh, at least all of that effort that it took to make all the bones and things resulted in something truly outstanding!!! Hahhh, something like this must make doing those buggies seem like a piece of cake TTwTT but, they were good practice and this will help make even better buggies in the future. Still, this one's gonna be one of those that's cemented in your mind i can tell @w@

Out of curiosity, what gauge wire do you usually use? Your work is really inspiring and this piece looks fantastic!
@bubblyleafcreations2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much. I normally use 16 gauge galvanized steel wire, and 20 gauge craft wire to put it together.
