What do you think of the retinoid alternative products for pregnancy? Are they as effective?

they work well, (like bakuchiol) but don’t expect the same results. i’m not medically trained but i would recommend using retinol alternatives while pregnant; and if it’s monetarily feasible, keep the bakuchiol in your morning routine after birth. it’s not photosensitive and gives great antioxidant benefits even if you use it in conjunction with vitamin c in the morning, and then use your retinol at night.
