I never posted a comment before but you deserve positive feedback. I followed you through out my pregnancy last year 2017 and it's because of your workouts I was able to do a natural birth with no epidural. I'm 34 weeks pregnant now and I have continued with your workouts with this pregnancy as well. Thank you for the new ones you posted. I hope you know you are a blessing to many women who seek a healthy and active pregnancy. God bless you and your family.

​@@jessier2355 Dates soften the cervix and speed up delivery. Mother Mary was crying of pain as she was delivering Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him. God comforted her and gave her water and a date tree to ease her labor. It is written in scripture, perhaps you won't believe. But I ate dates in my third trimester and even took them to the hospital with me. The staff were amazed that it was my first baby, my water had just broken before going to the hospital, and I was already 6cm dilated. A fast labor, no epidural, and my son was born 9 lbs, 9 oz, praise be to God!

Love your videos Ashley! I’ve done the prenatal plan once, the postpartum plan once and now I’m repeating prenatal for my 2nd pregnancy. Thank you so much for all you do and your inspiring words. Hi, Ashley. I absolutely love your workouts. After trying all pregnancy to find challenging but safe workouts, I was so happy to find you! I am currently 38 weeks and still doing your videos at least a few times a week in between walking. Personally, I would love to see even more No Equipment workouts as I am in a small apartment on a small budget. This workout and your Best Prenatal Booty Lift are two of my favorites! I am excited to follow your plan all the way through next pregnancy!

Thank you for your workouts Ashley. I feel so great, less fatigue and my energy has increased! However, on the last exercise the “muffin top” I had a hard time lifting my legs because I felt soreness around my groin area, especially when I try to do side planks and lifting the leg😅😩 those kill. Is that normal to feel that discomfort?

Marisol, Don't worry! What you are describing sounds symptomatic of round ligament pain. It's most common in 2nd trimester and early 3rd, but often goes away by week 36. If *anything ever feels hurt* during pregnancy, just skip or modify that move! You have high levels of relaxin hormone right now -- this is what allows the pelvis to open for vaginal delivery -- however it indiscriminately effects ALL THE JOINTS in your body. This can lead to a whole host of "weird pains" you don't experience when you aren't pregnant.

I love your workouts!! I've been following your prenatal workout scheduled since I found you - about week 12. I am currently 28 weeks with baby #4 and it's definitely my healthiest and most fit pregnancy! Even though I am technically "advanced maternal age" at 36 years old, I feel the most comfortable and in shape of any of my pregnancies - which I totally attribute to your workouts as well as much healthier eating this time around. @@glowbodypt I've been doing the full prenatal program and plan on purchasing your postpartum plan as well! Third baby! I had a large DR with the second but didn't work on it like I did with the first and it was causing a lot of back pain, but I've noticed back pain decreasing and feeling stronger in my abs, and I'm looking less round in my tummy than one month ago, I was round because my abs were weak. Going on 20 weeks, started your plan at 13 weeks.

That's only for women who randomly stumble upon the video on youtube and do it on it's own. This is a great workout, as usual! I wish though that there was less negative body talk like the word "muffin top." I've found its more positive for me to focus on building a strong core and being healthy rather than on "getting rid of my muffin top" or "love handles." Overall though your videos are great!

Caitlin, It's Ashley. Congrats on your pregnancy. I admire your motivation to want to do this routine frequently. I recommend no more than ONE time per week. You do not want to overtrain your obliques in 2nd and 3rd trimesters specifically. This can cause a pull on the rectus abdominis (6 pack), exasperating Diastasis Recti during pregnancy (ab gap). I don't really have a stability ball, but a slightly smaller child's ball with a handle. It's seemed to work decently for these types of workouts; but I do sit lower on it. Is it a concern if my bum is below knee level whilst sitting on the ball? It dips down, but seems to be perfect in other moves.

I’ve been enjoying the prenatal workouts, however the way you talk about women’s bodies in hateful, misogynistic ways is really disturbing. This should be about being strong emotionally and physically as we prepare to enter this next phase of life. Treating women’s bodies as show pieces that need to look a certain way in order to be culturally acceptable is immature and sad. Be inclusive and less hateful. No more “muffin top” (the best part of the muffin) and arm jiggle comments. Thanks.
