Love these short prenatal videos! Some days I only have energy/time for something short but so often, once I finish one, I can talk myself into doing another or it gives me a little boost of energy to go for a walk!

I am 19wks pregnant with my first little royalty. I have been working out for so long and admittedly I do miss my hard HITT workouts. I have been following your videos. You give such good advice. Ashley I'm 32 weeks and was wondering why there isn't any deadlifts in the last trimester of the prenatal program? I would like to know if is safe to do them. They are one of my favorite moves.
