Hi Liz--- love your you tube channel.I was very disappointed with Ingenious beauty. I am here in Malaysia and after your recommendation started taking Ingenious and just loved the product. They abruptly stopped shipping internationly. I was so disappointed but then I found Victoria Pharmacy via Trinny Woodall and they ship overseas with excellent customer service. Hi. Why am I getting powerful adrenaline surges? Is it a perimenapause thing.. They are happening when I wake from sleep day or night. I'm 51 and have only just been given HRT patches yesterday... Making me so so very deppressed, struggling to go on... I'm so terrified of them and doctor's don't seem to care.... 😢 Ps.love your video's...

Hi Dawn, so sorry to hear that you're struggling! Adrenaline surges can be a menopause symptom caused by hormone fluctuations. Hopefully the HRT will help to alleviate some of your symptoms, but make sure you speak to your GP too if it continues now that you have the patches (Liz recorded a video on talking to your doctor about menopause, which you may find helpful). Liz has written a lot on menopause and HRT, so you may find the guides useful to read too. According to what I have read, there is no actual vegetarian or vegan collagen...what is marketed as such is actually a collagen-booster (not creator), and even that is not scientifically proven to work.
