I assume you know the story of Jeanne Calment, the eldest person ever...she reached the age of 122 year. She ate at least 1 kg Lindt pure chocolate a week . By the way...she did smoke ;) Chocolate lengthens the telomeres. So does yoga, I read about more centenarians eating a lot of chocolate. I love chocolate and i eat it daily. Alway 92 % cacao with coconut blossom sugar. 100% cashmere fan as well. Since my forties. i am 70 now. All my cashmere is stored in sacks .....and big bars of lavendel soap nearby.

Fascinating talk. I’ve never been a juice drinker but used to have several home made smoothies a week which I believed was healthy but now I’m not so sure. I know you still get the fibre but I heard someone say eat your fruit, don’t drink it, so now it’s an occasional treat. Love dark chocolate but this new one sounds delish & healthy too! Love the Highlands, used to live just north of Inverness & also lived on the Isle of Lewis for 8 years in the 1990’s. Hope you have a great time over there & are able to check out some of the amazing beaches! 💕

Brilliant and sooo interesting, the discount is great but delivery is rather expensive at £5.00. I always thought brown rice, bread and pasta were good to have, confused as to what is good anymore. Xx

Are sweet potatoes ok? And how about buckwheat flour? I bake but want to make the most nutritious flours/food I can. Thank you.

Can we buy the water extracted stevia? I like to bake for my daughters and like to use less sugar. I would love to buy this stevia as normal stevia is unpleasant to taste! Thank you.

You can use dates in pastry. No need for sugar.

Be careful with high cocoa dark chocolate...I bought some 90% chocolate, ate a few squares, and had a racing heart for a couple of hours which was scary and not healthy. There is a lot of caffeine in dark chocolate, especially high cocoa ones, so people who are sensitive to caffeine should be aware.

They don’t call sugar the New Tobacco for nothing……the food manufacturers in the USA are gearing up for litigation..look how wording on advertising has changed ?…think of old sweets marketing slogans..now look at the new wording.
