Good video. Would like to hear your thoughts on why many woodworkers use both screws and glue in their demonstration of a project.

That’s an interesting question! In my personal experience, I’m more likely to use Brad nails and glue on the same joint. Glue for the long term strength and nails for the immediate hold. But in general, if I’m using screws and glue on the same piece, it is usually furniture. Glue for visually exposed pieces and pocket hole screws when I can hide them.

They do it because they don't wanna wait for the glue to dry.
