Glute Strength Exercises With Resistance Bands.

I have been doing this once a week for the last 6 months and sometimes another one of your glute strength videos on a different day of the week and I can attest to the fact that my glutes are stronger. I notice that in my walking, standing, etc. Thanks Jackie.

Me too Carla. Since I have been doing the band glute strength exercises I can feel my glutes when I walk too. It feels so good to have really strong glutes !
