I just want to take a minute to say thank you! I've had to be GF for 14 years. This is the first place I've found recipes for truly good GF breads and cakes! In the last few days I've baked your recipes for pita bread, sandwich bread, and this angel food cake! I'm looking forward to doughnuts, apple fritters, biscuits...and more! I'm happy dancing with tears in my eyes with each recipe! When I made the sandwich bread, I ate it hot out of the oven with butter and honey! I used to bake bread and treats for my family all the time, but that became so hard when I had to illiminate gluten. I'm baking again and so happy! AND it's so good that my husband who is not GF enjoys it too, so we don't even have to make "regular" and GF. One recipe works for both of us! Thank you so much for sharing these recipes! ❤️

Hi Kim, I have made your Angel food cake twice now. My husband loves it and so do I. We have used it like shortcake with strawberries and whip cream. I made it again and we just had it plain for breakfast. It is so delicious. Never have I had a Angel food cake that taste so good. I use your flour blend for all my recipes. Life is good❤️💕
