Ingredients:
Gluten-free pie crust
6-8 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
3 cups GF Flour
1/2tsp Salt
2 tsp xanthan gum
1 cup cold butter
8-10 Tbs Milk
6 cups apples
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs Tapioca Starch
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
