My favorite supplement with high dose vitamin B5 Ultra B5 - bit.ly/2TGSMV3

I took magnesium -L and my hair went from grey back to brown for three years. I noticed, slowly it coming back to grey so I added zinc and the B5 and its still brown now after 7 years. Interestingly if I stop staking them my hair goes back to grey again slowly. This worked for me not saying that it will do the same for everyone as everyone is different, but its much cheaper than getting toxic hair colour at the hairdressers though.

Have you ever reversed hairloss?with any supplements?
@orion9k5 ай бұрын
The amount of supplements I am taking atm. to keep my brain working and not being fatigued all day long to get me through the day is wild... I guarantee you it's because the food we eat is both completely depleted from nutrients and full of chemicals that destroy our gut and the ability to absorb nutrients...

I've heard the amino acid tyrosine can turn gray hair black again. I've also heard that copper (which balances zinc) can reverse gray hair.
@Vospi6 ай бұрын
Consider this anecdotal evidence: I started taking enormous amounts of b5 for skin (7.5-10 g of pantho acid a day), and I'm a week suddenly noticed that I definitely see way less gray hair, unexpectedly. (They started greying VERY early, like at 20.) Background: I'm 38, I look very young, on a pretty strict diet, but have lifelong problems with my skin since, like, 14, anything barely helped before. B5 cleared up a lot of it in a very very short amount of time. Previously, I was a crazy sweet tooth, so my working theory is that I've ruined gut flora with a terrible diet early on. Now I'm catching on B5 info too see if it is more systemic for me (cause, theoretically, it should be, if it helped that quickly. I also, coincidentally (?), started taking acetylcholine and eating more good eggs for focus a number of years ago. Now I see that these symptoms are close relatives... Also a bummer that I didn't know that peripheral neuropathy is a classic symptom, or dismissed it cause you're "never deficient in b5". My passed away grandpa had that bad. I was trying to find a root cause, cause healthcare was clueless and gave him antihistamines, diagnosing this burning as an allergy to... not specified what. I was furious at the time.
The issue with B5 supplements in the USA lies in the inclusion of "D-Calcium" Pantothenic acid, which can be problematic for individuals with constipation issues due to its calcium content. There is an alternative form of Pantotheic acid made with Sodium; however, supplement manufacturers tend to avoid using the sodium variant due to its shorter shelf life. Personally, I use sprays and pomades to get the B5 instead of using an actual supplement in a capsule or tablet to avoid the constipation issues caused by D-Calcium.
@shatteringthematrix69598 ай бұрын
That's concerning. I just noticed mine is Pantothenic acid and has this calcium. I am VERY sensitive to calcium. The last time I tried even 1/4 of a calcium capsule I had scary stroke like symptoms for days. Some videos / people say never to take calcium for this reason and based on my reaction I think that proves it. I am avoiding it in my toothpaste too. It's a shame because I think I am deficient in calcium. I'll pick up some Pantethine instead. It's the active form of B5 and doesn't appear to have any calcium ingredients.

Love your educational videos . I study genetics, methylation, mineral synergy and antagonism. Just curious, when you give 2000mg of b5 in divided doses daily for extreme unrelenting stress, how do you know when to decrease the amount back down ? - Because b5 is impacting various enzymes and depleting/ competing with other nutrients like biotin and also increasing histamine. Would love your thoughts on how long to take the high doses of b5 and how to go about tapering - thanks

My mum was grey very early too, very strange, i'm certainly not complaining.

This is fascinating, I’ve been studying fitness and nutrition and alternative medicine for 29 years. I was in 2 very bad car accident when I was hit as a pedestrian. I’m having a 37th operation in two months. I heal and bounce back from surgery like you’ve never seen before. I was diagnosed ADD HD and I’m wondering if this is a possibility. Because I study 15 hours a day and I don’t seem to have any problems. I’ve made the most miraculous and magical recovery it’s unheard of. I was a fitness model and an actress when I was hit by a car for the second time in 2003. I’ve had major surgery every year for 32 years. I’m actually studying inflammation right now & mechanics of the body. I’ve been on so many different medications over the years it’s horrible. But now I’m down to an ADHD medicine which I really would prefer not to take. My pain level is basically a zero to a two out of 10. When I did take pain medication it was an 8 to a 10 and chronic. I do not take any pain medicine at all not even aspirin or Motrin. Only for four days after surgery and that is it. I an fused from my neck to my ankles & I bend like a pretzel, and have taught myself how to exercise even when bedridden.. My energy medicineMeditation that I do every day for an hour has allowed me to basically be pain-free. I try to eat and alkaline diet. I live in a state of gratitude so I’m basically a very happy person. I’m going to find out where you’re located because I would love to come get checked out by you. With all the anesthesia I’ve had over the years and all the titanium in my body there’s got to be issues that I’m not aware of I did have all kinds of bloodwork done about five years ago from an anti-aging doctor. I had mercury poisoning which has been rectified. I want to thank you for everything that you’re doing this is just an incredible gift. Peace, love, happiness, compassion, joy and so much gratitude sent to you. Warmly, Stacy Rosman
