Tanton, Ph.D Over half of Americans are on at least one of these meds. And they likely aren’t on a multivitamin that is actually absorbed. I also noticed a huge theme with this depletion list. Glutathione. This is scary to think where the health of America is going. Importance of glutathione Glutathione acts as an important antioxidant in your body. That means it helps combat free radicals. These are molecules that can damage your body's cells. Glutathione plays a role in many chemical reactions in your body. It also helps detoxify chemicals, including some that your body creates naturally, as well as pollutants and drugs.

Def. one of the better videos I've seen on a B vitamin deficiency. There's one thing however that I sorely miss on almost every video or text on b vitamins: Looking at a single B vitamin instead of all of them as a system and pointing out the commonalities, interconnections and differences. What I‘d *like* to see is: * which symptoms are typical for all or many B vitamin deficiencies * which symptoms are typical or exclusive to one specific B vitamin deficiency * how do I go about narrowing it down/testing and how do I monitor/observe to make sure I‘m not coming to false conclusions. I feel like I keep watching the same lecture with different titles. B9, B12, B1, B2, B6, homocysteine, …

You are right doctors who prescribe medicine don't want to prescribe supplements. Your videos are so helpful. I got benign cancer cells but when I saw your videos 7 years ago it helped me to get rid of grains bread and other processed foods. Cancer cells are in 13 years now and it doesn't go to malignant.

Thank you for your videos! I agree on the point about excess water consumption. For my kidney I should increase, BUT increase minerals too! For work (where I fast=no glucose!) I add some mineral salt and magnesium to 1 bottle of no gas water. Maybe this practical tip helps you 🙏 Fitness guys do this too when exercising and they fatigue a lot less. Even roman soldiers knew that and historically salt supply was highly important for performance, endurance, moving, training, fitness.

Hi, do we really have to get the active form of vitamin b2 to supplement? p5p i think it is called .. or can we just use the normal vitamin b2 Riboflavin 100mg? I think the latter form does work for me, and have yellow urine from it. i also take a active b complex every now and then.

^When you take a vitamin b2 test.... does it account for what you ate the day before? 1 week before? a month before? I was told I had a b2 deficiency which I find odd, but I think maybe it was cause I wasn't eating my normal diet the week before.

Going back over the ones I'm low in since I got my intracellular micronutrient testing back. I've found most of them in videos or lives, except for vanadium. Is there a deep dive on that one? I started boron last summer, but still very deficient, and vanadium is almost as deficient.

What if we when we take riboflavin our neuropathic pain increases, what is causing that?
@kmikiny Жыл бұрын
Brenda, I have the same question. Have you figured it out? From my research, it could be that the neuropathy is from b1 deficiency which is also common, or b5 is another one that can do it.
@banzobeans Жыл бұрын
I'm experiencing something similar from supplementing folic acid or methylfolate. I know I have low folate levels. However I don't understand these "startup symptoms". Are they caused by other deficiencies or simply a type of healing reaction?
@kmikiny Жыл бұрын
@@banzobeans from what I have read, it can be both or either. Some people develop neuropathy because they cause disbalance in b vitamins by supplementing 1 of them. For others, they start a vitamin, it flares up their neuropathy for a few weeks and then it goes away and fully heals - so for them it was indeed the missing vitamin and it was healing their neuropathy.
