Thank you for turning comments on! 🎉 Did this low-impact workout four days ago and, I kid you not, had DOMS for three solid days! 😆🔥🔥 It was a BURNER! Loved the circuits of Bodyweight, Unilateral work, and Drop-sets…all so good! I’m so thankful for your 6 week schedule. Without it I’d probably never schedule “Glutes & Legs Day” on my own. 😊

Kristina, I feel like I owe you an apology. I used to do your workouts with you on IG lives and on your web site for the first year after it was launched. To my loss, I did not sign up for your membership. I am now back to completing your workouts on KZbin, and I feel like I found a part of myself again. I am sorry I was never a member and if you ever change your program back to a membership format, I will be the first to join. Thank you for your fun, challenging, and positive classes! xo
