I think I'm plenty strong, but I have an SI joint ski injury that my gluteus medius tries to stabilizie. This muscle locks up whenever I have ANY sort of back or leg injury, and it won't let go. It can be EXTREMELY painful. Occasionally, when pivoting to the locked up side while walking, I'll also get some kind of nerve impingement that is as painful as stepping on a nail.

Please listen mate . The QL claw in this video you need to show it longer and tell us the link to buying it . I had to rewind to find when you said it . Please as it’s a great product and I believe will sell more if you promote it more . 👍🏻

Hey man, i feel like you’re describing my issues almost exactly. I just ordered a QL Claw.. My pain has persisted for over 3 months now, and I’m curious how long it took you to get back to 100% after implementing this recovery method? Thx!

Hey! Appreciate the order. I got out of the general, constant pain in probably 2-3 weeks (~80% better), but it would’ve been quicker if I had direction - highly recommend reading and watching the tutorials. To back to what I’d call 100% took several more months, because I had to build a lot of strength and flexibility I lost dealing with 4 years of pain. Hope this helps!

What stretches do you recommend for this?
@BackMuscleSolutions Жыл бұрын
The pigeon stretch and seated figure four (cross one leg over the other while sitting and lean forward) are good. Massage and strengthening help too!
