That description of the pain is exactly what I am feeling. Immediately ordered a QL claw and going to start focusing on stretch/strength my QL and hope I get some long term relief

Atrophy?? You are telling me I shouldn’t use a brace on my job because my muscles will atrophy? That doesn’t even make sense. I just using it for a little support for my work. Doesn’t mean im not using my muscles. This video seem exaggerate

Pain t-shirts would look a lot better on you if you got developed neck, traps and forearms. You'll look like an underground Victorian era bare knuckle fighter.

Hey Ben, Daniel from Australia here 🇦🇺 That’s SO MUCH for this short video. It nails all the tender points I’ve had but could never figure out were the culprits for my wrenching back pain. After the five minutes of watching his video, I can actually bend over without having pain and I don’t have the constant throb on my waist which seriously affected my mental attitude. I think I’m gonna have a great day today because of this video! Thank God and bless you, Ben🙌🏻🙏🏻👍🏻😃

Hey man love you videos. I have been struggling with what I believe is glute minimus and medius pain for about 7 months now and it has been very challenging due to the fact that I am an active person and really want to get back into running. I starting to do your 3 step massage stretch and strengthen in the past free days and was wondering once after your 4 year journey of figuring out what your problem was. How long did it take for you to see improvements after implementing these steps?

Stretching it is far more important than strengthening it

Not necessarily. I would say 9/10 times a painful muscle needs both. Strong tight muscles usually just feel tight, not painful. Tightness + pain is a good sign of weakness and the longer you have pain the more likely you are to become weak as you avoid stressing the muscle in daily activities.

My QL has been painful for several years now. I’m 40 and very active. It’s fine during the day, but it keeps me from being comfortable when sleeping. I’ve tried massage, acupuncture, QL claw, stretching, and many different exercises. I can’t seem to get it to release. I’m currently working on strengthening my QL and glutes while also working on flexibility. Has anyone else had success with a similar issue?

Mine has been fked up for about a month from golf. Randomly hurts just to walk normally but not for large movements . Don't know what to do. I have a percussion massage gun that works briefly but the pain comes right back. Should I try to use the single barb attachment and stab it?
@BackMuscleSolutions
@BackMuscleSolutions Ай бұрын
Sorry to hear, been there exactly - I would not use percussion massage. If you have spasms and trigger points, you need the muscle to relax, sink into a pressure (via a ball, hand/knuckle, or QL Claw), and breathe. Percussion is great for many things, but not unwinding an angry/tense/spasmed muscle (which it likely is if you can’t find sustained relief with the gun) - report back when you try this!

This is awesome! My lower back pain has been debilitating. Stops me from being able to walk. I drove my knuckles in the upper part of my glutes and messaged it for a good five minutes and I could walk again. I then made my way to a 90 degree wall and drove my lover back, upper glutes and lower trap into it. Sooooo much relief. I honestly could sprint afterwards. That's crazy. I'm adopting this guys 3 step method.

Anything about sleeping position you recommend? Wondering if a lumbar support pillow can help relieve tension as well.

Heres the challenge.. how to put some load to this…. If you try to use some fancy monkey foot, the dumbell gets in the way of the elevation platform your other foot is standing on… ancle cuffs just dosnt cut it.. bands… seems hard to setup…. Like stand on some box, have and attachment point for the band.. perhaps it can work.. my imagination was thinkin of some velcro, weight west alike, but dor a single leg… ireallly want to find out how to load this exercise, because my ql wont release on free motion by itself…. Id take any possible advise👍
