I’ve had horrible low back pain on lower left side for over a year with sitting all day and new career change. Working out low back and legs to try and fix it only aggravated it. Google only said it was SI joint pain but the programs did nothing. Had no idea what to do, finally threw up a prayer and God landed me here. Now ALL my back pain is gone, I can sit in comfort and focus once again. I can sleep without that gnarly pain. I can drive without cringing up in pain. People must’ve thought I was nuts smiling while driving down the road but I was just that happy to be pain free. Beyond thankful and blessed for this video! I Trust in God’s timing!

Hey Ben, Daniel from Australia here 🇦🇺 That’s SO MUCH for this short video. It nails all the tender points I’ve had but could never figure out were the culprits for my wrenching back pain. After the five minutes of watching his video, I can actually bend over without having pain and I don’t have the constant throb on my waist which seriously affected my mental attitude. This is awesome! My lower back pain has been debilitating. Stops me from being able to walk. I drove my knuckles in the upper part of my glutes and messaged it for a good five minutes and I could walk again. I then made my way to a 90 degree wall and drove my lover back, upper glutes and lower trap into it. Sooooo much relief. I honestly could sprint afterwards. That's crazy. I'm adopting this guys 3 step method.

Just hurt that muscle couple days ago and the stretching you showed has helped sooooo much!!! I hurt it doing Kickstand squats. Those things are brutal but I love them!!!

Iam unable to run for years because of this. Every time when I tried, after 2-3km in I got that pain as it was showed in the 3rd picture. From my butt down thru the leg, almost to the calf. Started doing this today, will see if I will get some progression there…

For the stretch: I feel inner thigh pain, groin most likely, when pulling knee up tp my chest and to the side, like showed. Could this be related?
