A very good effort and very good end result! 👍 In Southern part of Malaysia, we also have the Yellow Custard topping (without the Pandan juice). We also have the Dark Brown Custard topping from the Palm/Coconut Sugar.... All are equally yummy!! 😋😋😋

“First soak the glutinous rice for 3 or 4 hours. Then I saw you pouring it into a round pan. Next you said “Again you have to soak it for another 3 or 4 hours.” but you proceeded to press the rice and poured in the coconut milk.🤔

the rice needs to be pre soaked in water, and per her instructions for at least 3-4 hours. i believe she’s adding it to the pan with the coconut mixture after it’s been drained but was previously soaking.
