Thanks for straightening up the cross. I was thinking the same thing. Who ever the guy was, it was his place in the world once upon a time. To me that site looks like an old mine that was reopened and worked at a later date. That was a huge amount of waste rock. I bet it was a tasty mine to explore providing it was not too crumbly and collapsed inside. Thanks Gly! There were lots of man hours spent there. **I like your use of satellite cameras to track your moving around. Something rarely seen on you tube.

If you were in Oatman then you were only a couple stones throws from my Buddy Diesel Dan in Topock Az. We visit Oatman almost every time I go visit him. Yes they have closed off or restricted almost all the old mines in that area and a couple over on the east side of the mountain is currently active , at least within last couple years ago it was . Hopefully you got some food for all the wild Burros in town and gave them a snack . Last time I was over there with the MRS she commented it looked like a bunch of my relatives were in town (😏😆). Thanks for another video today & I’m with the one guy here who commented maybe you should start calling these “ Gly’s Long John’s”😆😜👍. Stay safe man & Always looking forward to seeing you and where you take us on your adventures. C-ya Saturday morning hopefully as always . 🤞. Maybe I still will run into you one of these days ……..

Thanks for the above ground explore, and especially for not walking across the grave. Years ago my cousin took me to an old mine in southern Arizona, plenty of ruins almost town sized. At one end were a bunch of furrow like mounds. It took a minute, but we realized the depressions were graves and the high points were the level ground. We then found several headstone bases with the headstones removed. Sad, but we gave it a wide berth out of respect.

Where is the 360 camera that you would drop down the shaft to see what was in a vertical shaft. Can you put it on a telescopic post to extend it out to drop it down. I think a telescopic flagpole with some minor modifications can be used and a striper baitcaster reel on half a fishing rod. Alot of the stuff can be purchased at flea markets. I myself use a used Bass Pro Shop rod reel combo's that I change around. Walmart 2 piece heavy action Ugly Stick. But I'd like to see you use that camera again

I have not known nothing about mining history. Family moved to San Diego, CA in 1964. I don't like clear sky's, sunny weather. My Favorite Weather is Overcast and Rain became my Favorite weather I got finding it a relief for me in Tucson, Arizona in 1963. In San Diego, CA. also I do not like it outside above 75°F or with clear sunny sky's. I like Overcast and colder temperatures. But I'm watching the Desert and Mining places for my interest in Science and History and out of the aliments. It's tolerable from the monitor other than having the majority not understand some of us others like the Weather opposite of Popular mainstream interest. I have move myself up to Aberdeen, Washington. Genres and Environments are different with me from others.
