Really great upgrade! That's a lot of work, but worth it. The car looks like a joy to drive!
@ScottRods2 жыл бұрын
Yes, huge improvement. Now I just need to take care of the rattling bodywork, lol.
@glenmiller37832 жыл бұрын
Really nice upgrade Dave, I wasn't surprised you had to make a few trips for hoses and fittings.

It’s all about knowing where to go, and I didn’t lol. Now I do.

Dude.. I always come in and see you do the cool stuff to Bugsy! I just assumed she was always power steering, the last time I said anything was about the steering hiemes joints and I was worried that it was gonna kink up! But here we are a year or two later and she's running great! 🏃♀️ nice job dude

What happened to the other hood ornament with the chains and unicorn? Thought that was pretty cool! You get some haters commenting? Don't listen! Nice install!
@ScottRods2 жыл бұрын
The unicorn became a bit unstable. Didn’t want it shooting off and taking an eye out lol.

Theres nuthin like power steering....now you can get more agressive with the caster if you want...not sure what the rack requires but the old style GM pumps neede type F fluid ....don't know if it will make a difference...sounds like its time to cruise and make all your work pay off....
@ScottRods2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Joe. I'm just using type "Cheap-ass" fluid for now, lol. The caster has very little adjustability with the Crown Vic setup. It's already pretty aggressive, which was a nightmare on a manual rack.
