GM TBI Intake to Holley 4 Barrel Adaptor (3D Printed in Minutes!!)

Will that particular spacer hold up to the heat of the manifold? The original spacer that came on the truck that you see in my pic is a 4-barrel spreadbore for a Motorcraft 4350 and is pretty much unobtanium. I may have missed it in the video if ya'll mentioned it, but was wondering if stuff printed out on 3-D machines would hold up to the heat. I ended up buying a spreadbore to standard bore adapter (aluminum) when I bought a new Holley a couple of years ago, but man it would be great to have the same adapter in plastic, due to the heat soak.

I know this doesn't help you much but you can get rid of 90% of the heat soak problem by getting the felpro intake manifold gasket water crossover block off plate. This way you don't have any of your coolant going through your intake. And if you're worried about heat soak for drag racing purposes when you get done with a run after you shut off the car pump the throttle a shitload and then after about 5 minutes stick something on it to hold It wide Open the evaporation of the fuel will tremendously cool down the intake. Also instead of running zero fuel return go ahead and do a modern fuel pump with fuel return and it helps with vapor lock a lot.

Now could you use that spacer with the Holley EFI kits? Would be nice to do that to my 1989 G30 TBI so I can get a lot of the canbus data, gauges, etc from the EFI computers.

how much is it I need one now I got a brand new Edelbrock avs2 650 4 barrel I'm trying to put on my S10 Blazer that I just 350 swapped I drove it home from my mom's house where I put the V8 in it and now the TV is giving me issues I got my hands on a brand new car yesterday and I want to swap it now

Just saying ... It seems like a HUGE ordeal .. so many guys a rented place?? What's in the 16 foot tall tank??? .. A highschool kid could do this in his mom's basement in a couple of weeks max. 2 years go by and you didn't sell ONE yet?? How much did you spend on rent and salaries so far... after 2 years? If I had the cash to set up, Once the CNC mill was delivered, (just a simple 3 axis), a cut off saw, and three billets of aluminum .. and I'd have saleable product ready to go in ten days, in my basement .. and most of that time would be setting up the web site. Sorry just saying what everyone is thinking. :(
