I have a Gmax just like the one shown. I wrecked and face planted @ 30 mph the shield stayed on and protected my face & chin. Wonderful helmet Gmax is all I'm buying from now on.

I have this helmet. I tried on like 20 and this one was perfect for me. In terms of the comm system, I added one and it works great, but I did notice the bulk of the earpiece on both sides created a small amount of pressure. Not enough to hurt, but enough to make it uncomfortable. AND THEN I WATCHED THIS VIDEO. How did I not see the earpiece pockets BUILT IN?!?!?!?! I removed the outer pad of the earpiece and slid the speakers into the pockets built into the helmet. Holy crap yall. Uncomfortable pressure gone. Volume and quality went up by at least 25%. I am pumped. This helmet is so great. Not only is it comfortable but the clear and shaded lenses make all the difference, especially the shaded one. Definitely worth $100.

I just bought this helmet, I really like it, It's 100% improvement over the 1/2 shell I used. Visibility from side to side is great It is a little loud but I wear earplugs anyway........ my only complaint is the air vents really don't work,maybe because of the windshield causing the air to go over the helmet.

purchased helmet for the wife and I . must break in not use to open face helmet. cushion make for a snug fit. as for comm units, my wife and I sport the Sena 20s without the sticky. you can use the hardware to mount but you will have to find that perfect spot. overall like the helmet

I'm worried about the fit. If they have only one shell size how do they get a good fit from XXL to XS which is what I need (XS). I've bought XS helmets online before and some just wobble like crazy on my head.

what about the complete jaw set? I see one for the old gm67, but what about the of77? will the gm67 fit into the of77? I also see the face sheilds work for either one, so hoping jaw set is same way.

How does the Cardo packtalk work with this helmet?

I tried one of these on in XL, my forehead hurt a lot due to lack of padding. Store owner suggested next size up but im not sure if thats correct. I am looking for one of these without the sunglasses visor (as they hit my glasses), whats the version of this called without the sun visor?

It sounds like your head might just be shaped a bit longer than this helmet is designed for. These tend to run a bit round. Sizing up isn't a great idea. Dont get me wrong, the helmet fit fine, but I had my head to far up into the helmet so it covered a bit of my forehead. When I moved it a bit higher off there, it was no issue, it just seemed like there was little to no padding in that area. Samw with my current helmet, its an issue after long rides in heavy winds hitting me there.

hello.. i am from singapore. I am interested in getting this helmet due to its air ventilation but it is only available in US. I currently wear Nolan N44 - L size and Shoei J Force IV - L size. Anyone able to recommend what size of this GMax i should be getting? Thank you in advance.
