Perhaps it’s something to do with- 20 years of stagnant wages, zero hours contracts, insecurity of employment, exploitation, unaffordable housing, can’t get GP appointments, waiting years for NHS treatment, no NHS dentists…..and on and on…… Meanwhile….our politicians on the take, freebies galore, highly paid 2nd, 3rd and 4th jobs…….. So we're going to ignore all the people who have become chronically ill after catching covid, no surprises there. Autoimmune illnesses are also up in general over the years. Maybe there's a reason why illness is up in this country and not others. Bad weather, long NHS wait times, poor health education, difficult lifestyle for many. Maybe those are the reasons rather than people in this country being liars. Also this guy doesn't know what he's talking about. You can't just turn up to the job centre and say you have a bit of anxiety and get the benefits be described to the point where you're allowed to miss appointments. You have to prove you're seriously ill for that

Maybe its because 11 Million are Waiting for Hospital Treatment. Maybe its because the Governments in the UK have let in 10 Million Migrants. Thats an Increase of 20% of the Population. Example if you have 100 Hospitals it would or should mean to maintain the NHS Service to 2010 levels. You would need to Build 20 New Hospitals for every 100 Hospitals plus Staff. Same goes for Housing. A 20% increase in Population is the Size of 330 Average Size Towns in the UK with a Population of 30,000. Does that explain Whats Wrong in the UK.

So did Boris Johnson pay for everything during his time as Prime Minister? Did Liz Truss give up her former Prime Minister allowance despite only being in the job 44 days? I bet MPs of all parties have taken freebies and not declared. I agree the biggest issue is that he has not declared these freebies/gifts. My understanding is that he was advised he did not need to declare but did so afterwards, I can objectively only take his word for it. The real question I have to ask is why is this a story now, but wasn't a story anytime before let's say 3 July 2024 going back to roughly 14 years? 🤔😅

If someone refuses to apply for jobs or attend job interviews they are sanctioned, so effectively their benefits are stopped. However, there are some people who just cannot hold down a job, or are at terrible at job interviews. You can't get a job without passing the interview. It's also true, that the longer someone is unemployed, and the more rejections they receive, the harder it is for them to gain employment. This has a huge effect on their confidence and eventually their mental health, which doesn't endear them to potential employers.
