@igorbednarski8048 Is mostly a joke. Every move can be good depending on the position. F3 usually weakens your king (unlike c3 because the bishop can block that diagonal) and takes away a good square for your knight

@dowaliby1 Жыл бұрын
I am confused by your comment. Did you mean to say CAN'T even beat IM? They were obviously BOTH able to beat each other: two wins for the IM; two wins for the GM. Just because a GM loses to an IM does not mean he does not deserve to be a GM. GM's are still human and humans sometimes make mistakes. Ben's rating is 2800. That's phenomenal.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but being a fan of both Ben and Levy, it seems to me that although they're both great players in both formats, Bens skills are probably more towards rapid time formats, while Levy is better suited for classical chess. Ben is best playing tricky attacking games. Levy is just pretty well rounded with a much better understanding of the game than someone as bad as me.
@BMWE-hm7uz Жыл бұрын
levy has a better understanding of the game than a GM, a GM who bumped shoulders with Kasparov? what are you talking about dude! no i wont forgive you, yes you are wrong.
@SuperAWaC Жыл бұрын
Blitz, Rapid and Slow chess are all completely different versions of chess and you play them with completely different strategies. You get individuals who are very good at faster time controls but get absolutely crushed by their peers in slower time formats (Hikaru, etc.) and then you have the reverse where someone can be really good at slower time controls but get crushed in faster time formats. Then you have the odd ducks like Magnus who aren't half bad regardless of time control
@JanischMaximilian Жыл бұрын
@@BMWE-hm7uz that’s not what the original comment said, the original comment only claimed that Levy is better at chess than the OP, which is probably correct

I think you got the names backwards. Levy won both games where he could launch a big attackor play tricky openings, which is better suited to fast time formats. Both times Ben won it was a slower, more methodical game, which suits a classical game.
