The presence of a physical entity changes *so much* about how this map goes compared to the other two. The bitter loneliness of Void Places and the bitter company of Void Mall turns into straight-up *danger.* I love it.

59:42 I really love how above and beyond they went for this. It would have been cool enough just to have your logo show up somewhere, but they not only made an actual characterization of the candle, they made it thematically appropriate, and included such staples of your channel such as the lantern and the safety Glock. That's really awesome.

The first jumpscare made me tear up. I was tense from the moment I entered since the creator said himself the map would be more... "hostile". And we finally get to see the rooms you don'T remember being there that the intercom mentions so much, with holes, doors, and hallways appearing out of nowhere. And GOD is this one so hard to navigate through! The new doors appearing, doors opening only after certain triggers instead of being one-way, the amount of corners! It was an amazing experience!

45:58 It's such a terrible shame you missed it! If you hear that wailing and walk a little bit into the room in front of you and then turn around, the weird statue would be leaning up and staring straight at you. It scared the living jesus right out of me when I was playing through it, the absolute worst scare I had on this map despite being so subtle. Unlike the "things" out in the distance watching you, this was an unsettling 3d object acting alive, and the same one you see stalking you later on for a bit, crawling on the roof of the house and walls. The trigger to activate this is to go into the room with the "red paint lol" writing on it and go back to the statue. As long as it's there, you'll hear the wailing and can mess around to get it to look at you.

Now I've just got the image in my mind of Inno's humanoid form dropping to the floor, but her "hair" remaining, only to alight with a pink glow to reveal the face of that square being, and the hair being their eyes watching from behind a humanlike facade

I really love this persons maps! It almost feels to me like some kind of funhouse museum with its twisting turns leading back in on each other, exploring for minutes only find yourself right back where you started… And I also love how certain areas/set pieces can be experienced from multiple different angles, these maps really do feel almost like 3d explorable artwork at times. And the way they frame things, you can tell they put a lot of thought on the perspective of the player and how to take advantage of that, which I appreciate a lot. Also the vibe they have is just a perfect balance of creepy and comfy! I mean I made a whole ass room on voidmall that me and my friends watch KZbin in from time to time 😅

minor corrections: 0:50 voidplaces is still called "gm_voidplaces" in game, presumably because the author doesnt want to bother with changing such a minor thing, and because "voidplaces_voidplaces" wouldnt really make sense (as "vp" stands for voidplaces) 1:07:10 yes they are in fact connected together in a figurative web-like structure instead of a line 1:08:39 this is not unique to vr, all playermodels (at least the custom ones) will break completely if you load into a map via other means than the game menu, you can check this by using the "act dance" command in console

58:02 idk if this was a linear set up at this point but the buils up to the librarian finding this room was genius. He finds 3 seperate entities seemingly back to back after seeing nothing for the first hour or gameplay almost and by the time they have all vanished from where he saw them he finds this room. Its a really clever way of the map giving information but not answering questions. Cause when you see this room you only get more questions after seeing those three entities with the first two questions that follow up on eahc other. Those questions being 'were one of those jimmy? If so which one.' Which is a very clever way of expanding on the world without making more very obvious and clear cut characters that you can fully recognize like the girl from voidmall. The only information you got is that shes not the only entity in there. But you have no idea what or who those other three were. Which another thing i thought of at the star from seeing the stuff being being messed up by some rampage. My first thought wasn't "okay theres something here." My first thought was "did a fight happen here" almost like with the room with the jimmy marking. You dont know if jimmy just tears up rooms and leaves that there. Or if jimmy attacked another entity there and thats his 'calling card' almost. Anyways sorry for the rant but i just thought thay was pretty cool

There is an entity looking through a window if you open the pink door behing the pink girl cutout in that room with the Nowhere Mall sign. You should go through it and see it, it scared me the first time i saw it.

Like how kirby gets stuck fighting things that comes outside into the Gamble Galaxy and finds it way onto planet popstar.

I couldn't hear any game sounds or music or anything unless i turned my speaker volume up way too high, but then it seemed like you were yelling at me, so i had to turn it back down. Likely won't happen, Librarian is focused more on slower-paced, hyper-atmospheric games that allow ample opportunity for his commentary. It's hard to wax poetic about the atmosphere and architecture of a space when there's crawlers trying to eat your shins. What zombies map were you thinking of in particular?
