thank you Again Every cable I found had good PS2 output but would blink out on PS1 games that have different resolution depending on the menu or FMV. this is one few times scaling is actually good in a all & one adapter ESPECIALLY because it uses RGB

LevelHike overscans top and bottom, but HARDLY. I tested it using WWF SmackDown! 2 and you can tell there's a cutoff as the manager's nameplate is cut off slightly below halfway down their name. From all games I've tested, there is NOTHING vital to gameplay that is cropped or cut off... but there *is* a slight overscan.

I've not noticed the personally. But I've played very little smackdown 2. I'll check it out and see if I get the same results. 👍

@@GamingMasterRace For a PS1 HDMI solution on a budget, the thing works great. I've kept my PS2 TO HDMI though as that uses the component signal, is way clearer than RGB and allows for Progressive Scan on supported games 🤘

Only 3/10 of the HDMI Playstation cables I found use RGB this is a great buy for PS1 most of the cables use composite what a nightmare scaled up on a 9x the text look like checkboard can not even read everything RGB is extremely clear a must on larger TVs

Does anyone know what USB cable this uses? I've ordered one today from Amazon, but there's no indication of whether the USB cable is included, and if not, what is required (e.g. a USB-C). Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Ben, thanks for checking out the video. It uses a Male USB A to Male Micro USB B cable. I'm pretty sure mine came with one but if not that's what you will need. Hope this helps.

@@GamingMasterRace thanks. I've ordered a USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro-B cable from Amazon, so I'm hoping that will suffice. I'll possibly find that they've included one in the box, but I've ordered a couple of other HD upscalers for my Dreamcast and N64 from Amazon previously , with one containing an HDMI cable, and the other not. Neither mentioned on the Amazon pages whether they'd include the required cables , so I'm not taking any chances! I just hope I've chosen the right Micro-USB...
